Giving a shout out to Steve-o that is long overdue. He delivered some pretty big packages a while back and worked with me to get my garage opened remotely so nobody would take my packages. He also always stops by to say hi when he sees me out in my garage or doing yard work. Thanks, and keep doing what you do, Steve-o!!

They failed to redeliver my package that required a signature. Now they have "lost" my package. The company deserves to get sued for their breach of contract. My wife and I have had multiple orders lost by these drivers. We have suspicion that they steal packages because how the hell do they lose a package. Do bandits steal them or do they get lost in the wind or sand storms? Like what heck is wrong with you people.

My wife and I were almost involved in a accident with a Cocoa Florida Fed Ex Ground truck two days ago on South Tropical Trail after one of their trucks pulled up on a side road, didn't even slow down, looked our way and simply pulled out making a right hand turn right in front of us. Fortunately for us....and probably more for him as would have been totally exposed to the mass of our 4,000 pound car, I was able to swerve into the oncoming lane and narrowly miss his truck. I have driven for 53 years and have never been involved in a traffic accident.....there has been some close calls....but this incident was by far the closest I've even been to a traffic accident. My wife and I were very lucky that day, the driver even luckier as I'm convinced he would have suffered serious injuries....or worse. I just got off the phone with the Cocoa FedEx Ground office explaining the situation to them in the slight hope that they can impress upon their drivers that they ALWAYS NEED to ensure that NO are in the roadway BEFORE THEY TURN OUT ONTO A ROAD.
Moral of this story? WATCH OUT FOR FEDEX GROUND DRIVERS!

Can't even hire drivers who know how to use a GPS so packages get delayed days cause their drivers don't have brains or wanna actively use them.
This company is a dumpster fire trash heap and should do us all a favor and shut down so competent services like USPS and UPS can pick up their slack.

Nate delivered a large heavy box to my door and made sure it was put safely on my patio. He saw my cats were on the patio and was very careful to keep them contained and even secured the door for me. I always love when he drivers because I know he respects my boxes and property.

How amazing is Steve-O FedEx Ground Driver?!! Steve-O didn’t have to own up to this, let alone apologize or replace the soccer ball…especially when I was the one responsible for leaving a ball in the middle of the driveway he needed to use to deliver my stuff. I know it seems small to some people, but I believe deeds like this should be praised. I understand how busy and likely short-staffed drivers are, but he took the time anyway. Thank you, STEVE-O!!!! You made my little boy so happy.

Delivery of package requiring a signature was scheduled, according to a FedEx email I received, was supposed to be delivered Friday July 14th, it never happened. Then Saturday July 15th. Never happened. I called and spoke to them at this location and now they will deliver it on Monday. I’m not very happy with this situation. They need to get their act together!!

The employee was very nice and knowledgeable. I had a lot of computer components to ship and she processed the packages quickly and efficiently. Will use this location again.

Always an issue when I recieve packages that come from this warehouse. Not once have I had a successful delivery where it was delivered to my door. Always having to go look for my package thoughoutmy development. There customer service rep always lies and have to wait 90 days

If I could give negative stars I would. Our packages are always being delivered to the next street over. After having a large package delivered that weighed over 80lbs to the street over we called and asked for the driver to go back and pick it up and bring it to our correct address. That afternoon we were told it would be 4 days before the driver could do that. 4 DAYS FOR THIS PACKAGE TO SIT ON SOMEONE ELSES FRONT PORCH BECAUSE YOU CANT DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY. I called and spoke with a customer service manager and explained this happens every single time. He said it would be corrected. I have since had 3 more packages delivered to the street over. Why do I pay all this money to have a package shipped just to have to finish working a 9 hour day to come home and have to track down my package and do your job for you?! After the most recent incorrect delivery I attempted to call again. The customer service representative put me on hold for another 15 minutes before I hung up. The whole point of delivery is for convenience. It’s hardly convenient when I have to work over 40 hours a week and then come home to deal with this. If it was any one of these FedEx employees house constantly having packages for someone else delivered to their house or constantly having their packages delivered to someone else’s house I’m sure they’d fix the problem real quick. But since it doesn’t effect them they continue to allow their driver to deliver packages wherever he feels like. Absolutely awful
