I paid them for their top of the line detail and certainly didn't get it.The carpet cleaning was terrible,with visible dirt around the trunk release and front seat area which begs the question,How the Hell do you shampoo a carpet and end up with visible dirt still on the carpet?The area below the parking brake handle while filled with dust was untouched, I seriously doubt they even lifted the handle.There are numerous areas around the dash and console that are still full of dust and dirt when there shouldn't be.The inside of the windshield looked like someone walked by it and gave it a weak couple of swipes with a dirty rag which is probably what happened.Ditto the rear.I still want to know what kind of smell free shampoo they use! A good hand wash and detailing. Was shown price before service got SUV. Owner charged $15 extra at her discretion. Bait and switch is illegal. Will not be returning and may call authorities. One employee was just getting high the whole time during his break in his car.

The employees are very good. The so call owner in the other hand is rude and very unprofessional. They gave me a price when I drop off the car and charge me something else. And she just threw the receipt in the counter telling me she don’t need my business anyway. Very rude. Will never go there again. No too vetrran friendly neither.Service: Auto detailing

My daughter side swiped the white house with her black car. There were new “racing stripes” across the rear door and quarter panel. Dakota’s said they could get most of it out. They underestimated themselves. The car looked like new after the buffing, washing and waxing. I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised! Super friendly people, car was ready when they said it would be ready. Absolutely recommend! Family owned and very friendly!Services: Car waxing

I paid for the silver package which includes everything minus shampooing seats and carpets, and engine detail. When they said they were done, my door jambs were still dirty with rain spots. My trunk was never vacuumed. And when I noticed some minor scratches on the paint I saw the type of brush and dirty mittens that they were using. Terrible experience and also lack of customer service. I paid $90 for the service. I waited 3 hours in their lobby and it was actually done in two but was not told that the car was done so I had waited an extra hour. Would not recommend this place it is ghetto to say the least.Services: Wheel washing

Dropped off at 2:30 Friday, went to get it in Saturday after 11:30 had it that long, still had to leave it again, so this morning I get in it to drive it and the windows are filthy. Not gonna go again.24hours later and a 155$ .picture is driver window where they didn’t even wipe them off.Services: Headlight polishing
