My husband and I went to the Cocoa store to look for patio furniture. We found a Broyhill set we liked. The associates were extremely helpful. They kept us advised while they were in the back room searching for the set and matching footstools. The footstools ended up being out of stock, which was fine since we found out later that we really didn't have room for them. When they rang us up, they were very pleasant and professional. It seemed like they couldn't do enough for us. They even found a coupon for us...Great customer service. I would give them a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10 if I could. They went above and beyond to make us happy we came to Big Lots. We also used their delivery service. They called us the very next day to set up delivery and were very nice when they came, even calling when they were on their way.
Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at Cocoa's Big Lots.

Prices are reasonable. Store needs updating. The women's bathroom is in dire need of fixing. They have rubber gloves as door handles. Their handicap stall is broken and out of service because of no toilet handle. Seems the owner of the company or whomever runs the store does not care about appearance and keeping the store up to code.

Nice lawn and yard stuff. Screened in large areas. Nice furniture for the low. They even have mattresses and bed sets.

I found reasonable prices, quality products and very friendly, professional employees. In my opinion a more relaxed atmosphere than a Much bigger Superstore at better prices. Highly recommend

Curious If the cashier name Christine is racist or has issues with black people. There was a white woman in front of me who was offered a speech on a survey from this cashier and she went above and beyond for her. When it was my turn to be rung up, her demeanor changed and she just gave me a dry bye. Lol. Please don't assume all POC live in the area and are low income. I'm going to notify corporate of this issue.
