Two weeks after purchasing check engine light came on. Comes on all the time and I’m told “it’s just a glitch” called today (six months after having the car) and the touchscreen is no longer working and I was met with the RUDEST service rep April. & told they can’t do anything. Also have put in over 1200 in breaks and master cylinder and leaking hoses (coolant). Not worth it.

Sells lemons and then doesn’t want to help once you sign the paperwork. Owner yells at customers and is aware of the condition of the cars he’s selling. Should have paid more attention but they treated me very nice until I bought the car.

I got a vehicle from them a few months ago and as soon I it rolled off the lot the check engine spat 3 codes. Vehicle didn’t have a gas cap, reverse lights, any gas ant all, and there were hidden holes drilled through the back. They had to do their final checks of the vehicle before purchase and blatantly lied to my face that everything was fine. It seems like they auction their vehicles and then clear all codes without fixing them. Since I’ve gotten the vehicle, it’s been problem after problem after problem. I’d be embarrassed to sell something like that.

Worst experience going through auto masters, bought a truck in January the night I drove it home I stopped at the gas station to put gas in it went to get back in my truck and it wouldn't start just click click click, also was throwing a 4wd service code and check engine codes, mind you not 15 minutes after buying the vehicle, It finally starts and I make it home to realize I have turn signal issues and brake light issues and the radio was cutting in and out like it had loose connections, I set an appointment and they ordered a new head unit and said I had to drop the truck off when the head unit came in which was ok, I dropped it off and picked it up over 4 times after setting appointments for the starting issue and drop the truck off at 9am each time, by 12 April called me stating the truck was fixed, every time as soon as I left it would have the same starting issue, they just kept telling me we need more time with it, if you need more time with it how come I'm getting called by 12 every time and it's still not fixed? April told me I just had to keep driving it till it stopped completely, so I have to be stranded on the side of the road with my 3 kids for them to fix my truck I haven't even had for 3 months? They also sold it to me as a brand new crate engine and come to find out it was remanufactured, they are all liars and all scams do not go here stay away.

I’ve had my car over 2 years now. Robert found the perfect car for me. The finance manager Rajal is always very helpful. Great place to get a reliable car especially if you don’t have the best credit at the time. They’re great people and work with you. Thank you for all of your help!

Hands down the best experience I had when purchasing a car. Dave was my sales man and went over every detail that I needed to know. While looking for a car I told him the only thing I really wanted in my car was a Bluetooth radio. He pointed me in the right direction and set me up in my 2021 Nissan Kicks that has so many features. I’m happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend Auto Master to others

I just bought a 2019 LT3 Camaro and Dave was my salesman. I bought this 2 days after my brother bought his car. Dave really knows how to take care of his customers. He answered all my questions. I am very happy with my purchase . I will send anyone looking for a vehicle to see Dave. I have 2 people that are ready to buy in about a week. I loved Dave's personality.

Stay away from this dealer, he sells used cars in poor condition, my friend bought her car there and in 15 days the truck stopped, it was taken there and her response was that the engine was damaged because it didn't have oil, April tells us that when you buy a car, the client must check the oil and water in the radiator every day, the point is that they call my friend to tell her that they are going to rebuild the engine and the cost is $6000 and my friend must pay the 50% that would be $3000 to return the car, when you go to talk to the person who sold you the car his response is I only sell a car under the conditions that this is not their business, the manager refuses to talk to you, and we get other people who already They have had the car repaired on two occasions and it is still damaged without any response, and paying for the car in poor condition, 000000 Stars ? ?????????????????????????????

Robert sold me a vehicle that has had nothing but problems since day one. I spoke to the mechanic that worked on my car, who no longer works there, and he told me that they “fix” cars just enough to sell them. The sunroof leaks, it was in a front end collision and the alternator was bad… with their knowledge! I knew nothing of these issues until my car continued to fail. New battery, alternator and starter and now my steering wheel locked up while I was driving it!!! I’m done with this car and Automaster!!!

Dave was a phenomenal salesman! He showed me other cars but got me into the car I truly wanted. He wanted me to look at others before I just settled on a vehicle. He went above and beyond getting me the proper car insurance, and made sure my tires were good before I left. He noticed a nail in the tire and wasn’t going to let me leave the lot with it like that. A light came on in my car, and they set me up to get it fixed immediately. And diagnosed the problem. 100% worth going to AutoMaster! I’m enjoying my new car ☺️
