If i could attach the photo of my nails here I would. I have attached it to the google maps reviews if you want to see how terrible my nails look and feel. I went in to get my powder dip removed, and a regular manicure. My nail artist drilled my nails down to paper thin, i was cringing and flinching because of how hard she was filing, and how THIN she made my nails. I’ve had powder dip before and barely ever get my nails done, they were so thick and healthy before this and now they are thin, painful, and look worse then how they did when I went in. I originally was going to get powder dip but my nails were so thin and painful I settled for clear polish which ended up looking terrible because of how thin and inflamed my nails are. It’s going to take weeks to grow my nails back to a healthy thickness. I don’t know if my nail artist was new, but i have never had a worse “manicure” in my life. Every single one of my nails are in pain and i took pain medication immediately upon leaving. I of course payed and tipped but i honestly shouldn’t have based on how screwed up my fingers look now.

This was a great experience from the time I walked in (even w/o appointment). The tech (also owner) was very courteous and excellent technique. Salon was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very relaxing. Was in for a Mani and Pedi prior to cruise. (Went to another salon up the block... prior that was not welcoming or accommodating and only offered to do either or so I left and found Queen Nails on Yelp) I'll be back every cruise. Tristina did my nails and they came out absolutely beautifully!!! Everyone here is so nice and they make you feel comfortable. The nail salon itself is so nice and clean and beautiful inside!! Touching back on tristina she absolutely killed it and I will definitely be going back and experiencing a pedicure this time not just an acrylic set!!

Came in for a pedicure and Chelsea was absolutely amazing. So kind and accommodating! The massage was just as good as the paint job! Highly recommend!

The owner was as sweet as could be but the new girl man handled my toes. She handed me the pedicure menu and told me NOT TO PICK THE FIRST OPTION.($27 option,which is the cheapest). She argued with me about taking off my acrylic nail and then when she finally decided too she CRACKED MY TOE NAIL!

I really liked it a lot, but after 3 days my nail polish is chipping and cracking and I am not feeling the love of this at all! It's pretty upsetting when you pay good money the service was excellent though but this is just really disappointing.

They are seriously fantastic. My fingers, toes, and eyebrows - they can do it all and then some! The pedicures are so relaxing and my feet look so good...and it lasts! My nails too! Chelsea is the only person my daughter will trust with her nails and she's amazing, but every technician there is good at what they do! Definitely worth it.

Horrible service. Rude people. Gel nails come off a few days after they were applied. Ruined my nails with an electric file drill. No liners in tubs. Also, I watched a person leave and no one cleaned the tub before next person used it.

Went inside at 630 and they close at 7. I told them what I wanted to get done and they accepted my services. Once they started doing my nails the man was rude and was talking to the lady saying he really don't want to do my nails. He literally stop doing my nails and stripped my gel off then got up and left. The other lady came and finished my nails then they started to laugh in their language. Why would they make me feel this way when they could've honestly turned me away. I would have loved to to have a great experience but I didn't. It saddens me when people think they can treat you any kind of way. I couldn't leave because everything was closing and they already started the process and I was heading on a cruise. Places like this don't deserve our money to laugh in my face was so disrespectful. Then the job was surely rushed. Go some place else because treatment is important.

Love going here the can usual accommodate small groups. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere.
