“We were looking for new living room and family room furniture. We had our Saturday planned to hit 4 or 5 stores in Brevard County. My wife suggested we try the furniture store in Merritt Square Mall. I said I didn't know there was one in the mall. So, we stopped at that one first as it was on our way from Cocoa Beach to our other stores. Kim showed us several attractive sets and Scotty gave us some good pricing. But we had these plans to go to other stores, so we said thanks and spent the rest of the day looking at other stores that couldn't match the quality or the pricing that we were getting from Cloud 9.We went back at the end of the day and put our deposit down and are happy to say that we now have our perfect furniture in our house after the free delivery.The moral of this story is that if you want to enjoy your Saturday, you only need to go to one store, Cloud 9. ?”
“Went to Mattress Firm just to look and came home with a masters. Susan was so nice and helpful and made the entire experience vera pleasant and stress free. She’s quite knowledgeable about various mattresses and went out of her way to help us decide which mattress to purchase. Thank you Susan for all your help.”
“I just got the bed and for the first time in 3 years I woke up with no pain I talked to Patrick who was not only patient and kind and excited with my review tears are falling as I realized fractured bones in my back like I say first time in 3 years I woke up with no pain it was only God and you guys thank you so much Patrick McKenna and Michael love Ja'CatMcKenna enough never before have I entered a store with such honesty such caring such patience because I was on a small budget and had no real credit these people worked with me for 4 hours and because I have severe health problems they got me exactly and I wanted what I wanted at a great price in my budget with a monthly payment I know it was a blessing by God but you need to go to the store these people will do anything they can to keep you in your budget without pressure and to get you a good night's sleep thank you God for blessing me I called and their kindness on the phone made me get up out of my sick bed and go to them in Merritt Island and they ask me my budget and what I could afford monthly payments and never once did they ever try to get me to go any higher but they just didn't stop until they found somebody that would approve my credit of which I had. none. thank you God thank you Michael and thank you McKenna for blessing me caring and taking so many hours calling so many people till I walked out with the bed I needed before having a serious surgery. 4 hours so I had to buy them lunch best chicken wings ever. and believe me when I say when I went in there I didn't have the credit to buy a candy bar with a cosigner. LOLI love you much with the love of Christ and I will continually pray and bless you for how you blessed me ❤️love Ja'Cat. I just got a reply to my post from Mattress firm and I had to add that who sends you a reply and ends it with we are sending blessings and love to you they should rename that store Mattress firm filled with empathy and love thank you again I have to keep editing and add because they just don't even stop having your back even after you've gotten home with the mattress they still care been a businesswoman for 50 years and I have to tell you if I was still a businesswoman I would probably sneak in and hire everyone on your staff awesome awesome people again sending love and blessings their way love Ja'Cat AND A BIG SHOUT OUT TO CARMEN WHO TALKED TO ME SO KIND AND PATIENT ON THE PHONE IT WAS HER TALKING TO ME THAT MADE ME GET OUT OF MY SICK BED AND COME TO YOUR STORE GOD PUT IT IN MY HEART THANK YOU CARMEN YOU'RE THE BEST”

“I have been going to accents since we came to Florida. 15 years ago. You cant find a nicer mother daughter family business. I needed my family room redone recently and Donetta came to my house and looked over the area and then I went back to the store and found everything to decorate the room including wall décor. Donetta stayed with me till the room was complete and came back to the house and set everything up. What a life saver, Linda sets the delivery up always answers your calls if you need her. “Jeff and team at Hanks are exceptional. They repaired a large tear on the front seat of my Subaru ...the fix is perfect! I cannot tell the repaired section from the factory upholstery even in the bright Florida sun. Jeff's initial estimate was the final price and was a great value. The work was completed in the estimated timeframe... I could not have been more pleased.it almost makes me wish I had more things to have reupholstered!Question though...where the heck is Hank?”
