My cat was in bad shape. Took him to 2 different vet's no change. . Finally went to south lake veterinary within 24 hours my cat was so much better. Thankfully I found this place.

I'm so thankful to have found this place. Dr. Rodriguez, Yazmin, and the rest of the staff are amazing.
They have treated my dog Roxy like she's part of their family too. They really do care. Prices are great, too.
Roxy looks forward to going there, and so do I.

I took my cat here to get a Rabies Vaccine and Certificate. They didn't give me my certificate and I had to call them twice to email it to me before I needed to use it. They instead emailed me a medication list and medical history. After calling AGAIN, I received a certificate via email and I found out they didn't write the brand of vaccine on it, no microchip number, nor a doctor's signature. I had to call them 3 MORE TIMES while in another vet's appointment to get them to fix their clerical issues, including them sending me other animal's medical records! So now I have information on Ms. Walsh's anxious Yorkie named Chopper and her telephone number. So they give out your personal information to anyone without double checking anything they're doing. After I submitted my certificate they supposedly fixed 3 times, I found out that the staff had added an extra number to my cat's microchip number and the certificate got rejected! I called them very upset, to which they argued with me that it wasn't their fault but that their vet made all the mistakes and lied about their behavior. I would avoid this vet office at all costs. According to the staff - the doctors are incompetent and in my experience with the staff - they are completely incompetent themselves. Save your pet and call a different vet. They will just make you cry and waste time and money like they've done to me.

The staff at the facility or the vet cannot properly fill out animal travel forms required by the US Department of Agriculture. They also refer to expensive specialist for procedures that should've been done by any certified veterinary doctor.

My sister brought her dog there for the first time and felt welcome and everyone was so nice. She loved how the doctor explained everything and showed her xray’s. It’s so hard to find a good doc after hearing all the great things about this hospital and showing how much they care and so affordable. I’m going to start bring my dogs over there.

First time ever bringing my dog there . Felt so welcomed and clean atmosphere. Once i was called back with my fur baby the doctor and medical assistant were both amazing!! definitely very detailed and patient , did not feel rushed at all. Doctor was thereto listen to all my concerns and explained everything that he was doing to my fur baby . highly recommended.

I have recently become an established pet parent with South Lake and love the personal touch the Vets have. The office is clean and surprisingly doesn't smell like animal. The staff is very courteous and prompt with appointments. The vets are also super informative and thorough during your visit. Midnytes mom.
