“My wife had a package delivered to the office at 877 Mineola they told me it wasnt there and sent me to this office. Guess what it was at the Mineola office and they didn’t bother to look while I was there the woman just said we don’t get general delivery from Clermont here and sent me to this office. So the people at this office call them and shocker it was there! so this office had it overnighted so I didn’t have to drive a half hour again. Thank you.”

“I have been coming to this Post Office for years, the Minneola location is small and parking is difficult too, so I head downtown to this one. I have never had an issue. Yes the line can be long at times but it moves, I have mailed letters, packages, gotten stamps and was out timely. I find the employees to all be friendly and knowledgeable.. maybe because I always smile and talk to them like people, I'm not a negative person. I just applied for a PO Box so hope that goes well!”

“Only post office I use even though I live in Groveland. I own an e-commerce business and ship alot, my favorite thing is their doors, they swing both ways so when you have hands full of boxes you can just push through without having to set everything down and pull open the door. The workers are always friendly and even help me unload boxes when I have a car full of shipments. Best post office out of Groveland, minneola, and Clermont put together.”

“Love this small town USPS. I regularly mail from here. They have a great terminal that I can scan my package, get a receipt and put my mail right in the slot. Anytime I’ve spoken with one of the employees, they have always been kind and courteous. One of the gentleman even went out of his way to teach how to use the terminal. I once had an issue where a person said they had not received a package. I spoke with the postmaster and they were able to help me track where the package was and resolve the issue. I really enjoy this post office and the people who work here. I’ve never had a problem and they have always been very polite and willing to explain any questions I have. Too often these small post offices are being closed, I feel very lucky to be able to have this one close by.”
