BEWARE Appliance Sales!! Salesman sold me on a unit based on their service to deliver and install. I even accepted the fact that they couldn't use my existing gas line connector. Delivery team shows up with the wrong connection line and no adapters. The system is rigged. They never were told the correct size or attempted to find out. They simply bring a 5/8 size and claim it fits most. So, I had to wait more time and hire a plumber to do the install for almost four hundred more. I would have bought a different unit to save those hundreds on an install. When the plumber came, all he did was install an adapter on my existing line. So, I got ripped off from Lowe's and the plumber, since it is a specialty service.

Manager Nick T. just refused to accept a return of Roundup because the container was empty. Of course it was empty because we used it and it didn't work. How are you supposed to know if the product works(which it did not!) if you don't use it? We wasted time and money to apply this product and ended up pulling the weeds by hand.
I'll take my business elsewhere where they stand behind their guarantees. And no more Roundup!

I just want to give a special recognition to Dylan B from the Clermont store for an OUTSTANDING customer service experience. About two weeks ago, I was actually trying to do a self checkout with a gift card purchase and Dylan approached me to offer assistance and was kind enough not only to offer help, but to listen and understand the issue I was having using gift cards online. Dylan went above and beyond by taking me to a separate cashier and not only helped me with the gift cards, also offered to order the item that I was trying to buy online and is not available in store yet.
I have to sincerely say that this is probably the BEST interaction I have had at Lowes, and the customer service experience that Dylan provided, greatly exceeded my expectations. Great job Dylan B!

Floor plan directory map non existent. It's 2024. This is big box store...nothing more frustrating than wondering aimlessly for hours looking for a new bypass and a set of 30 weight ball bearings. You k ow, because everything's ball bearings these days!

I have a pro account and spend hundreds perhaps thousands of dollars on a weekly and monthly basis at the Clermont Lowe’s. Being a pro you always buy extra of everything materials or tools. Today June 29th 8 am I had the worst experience by far by Three female employees at the customer return desk. I purchased several tools which I wasn’t happy with some had been opened some still wrapped. They all made me feel by their attitude that I was doing something wrong by returning something I wasn’t happy with. YOUR employees need to understand that YOU can return merchandise, tools just for the simple fact that you’re not satisfied. Period! Your employees need to understand that fully satisfaction brings more sales thru the door!!! Returns are not being deducted from your paychecks sooooo Stop with the attitude, angry faces and body language when customers return stuff!!!! Unhappy customers can very well choose to go to the other big box store across from you! I’m also contacting corporate aswell as social media to share my experience!!!!
