Eric was really great. I enjoyed using H&R Block. However, $89 for a simple W2 tax filing is a bit much for 5 minutes worth of work. I'm also getting a small return like most single individuals with no kids. So I'd rather not pay almost half of what my return is just to file. I hope they have returning customer or loyalty discounts for next year. This is my first year using H&R.

Made a appointment to do my taxes at 3:30 ?pm and they nice and got me in at 3:00 ? pm and by the time we finished it was 3:30 ? and I got out if there super quick . But they need to work in there phone talking skills . They made it so confusing on the phone to book a visit and can that’s is why for those two reasons why I gave this place a 4/5 is because the restroom ? was a bit messy . The bathroom needs to be cleaned more then once a day . The staff was very very very nice ? and professional . The service was quick and enjoyable. The inside was very nice and clean and orderly . They had some snacks in the back . I took some candy ?. The parking is very nice and the store ? is located in a shopping plaza , so you will have no problem finding a spot .
