  Cindy figured does our personal and business taxes. She figured out some things that previous accountants could not and did not take the time to. We have a growing Etsy business and taxes become too difficult to manage ourselves. She is in high demand so don't wait until the last minute. She is worth the extra trouble of following up and calling back if you do not get a call back right away.

  I have been a client of CJS Tax & Accounting / Cindy Schumacher Tax & Accounting since 2007. Cindy and her employees have ALWAYS gone ABOVE and BEYOND taking care of their clients! They all stay educated on all the tax law changes and continue to educate themselves each year. ESPECIALLY with all the changes with the COVID-19. I would never go any place else. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!

  I originally contacted this office by email through their website asking for someone to contact me regarding preparing my taxes. No one ever contacted me. I then called the office to try to get some assistance. Because I was new customer I was told I had to wait until another representative called me. Almost a week later, no call. Bad way to do business!! Especially to a new customer.....

  Cindy was recommended to my by fellow professional church workers and I have been using her services for the past four years. Her staff and she focus on keeping up-to-date on the changing tax laws and answering all of my questions with clarity. My experience visiting her office has found her staff to be welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Personal phone calls from Cindy have demonstrated her concern for my specific situation.   Very rude. He treated as if we were ignorant “minorities”, and very sexist toward the female partner, speaking as if she were a 4 year old child. No one should be treated this way for any reason. Everyone deserves the right to respect and fair treatment. #Equality

  This is the absolutely most unprofessional office I've ever used. We took all of our paperwork and left after we found out that nothing was filed with the IRS. We had phone calls from Cindy stating all kinds of excuses as to why things haven't been done but ultimately it is the lack of professionalism that is leading the way. Businesses file taxes on March 15th and ours was not. A bunch of excesses as to why. She called us at 4:15 stating we need to file an extension. April 15th is when personal taxes are filed, ours was not. Yup, you guessed it. Do not use this office unless you really want a mess. They are very unprofessional. Find a reputable cpa to save you from all the aggravation

  I have had my personal federal taxes prepared by Cindy Schumacher at CVS Tax and Financial Services for many years with absolutely no problems. They are always very professional, personable and knowledgeable. You can be rest assured your taxes will be properly prepared in a timely manner.
