I had to get a new phone and was recommended to go this authorized Verizon sales center. Fighting traffic on US19 wasn't fun but I'm so glad I did. Brad was fantastic and more than patient in answering all my questions. Highly recommend going there if you are a Verizon user and if you do ask for Brad.

Can’t say enough good things about this place and the nice men that work here. They really care and try to help and don’t just want a sale. I went to the stand alone Verizon store down the street from the mall first because it was closer. I was looking for a phone upgrade with changing my bill or services. For some reason they could not give me what I was looking for without wanting to almost double my bill! I left and went to this location and was helped by Brad who took all of 10 minutes to give me exactly what I was looking for and even followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure I didn't have any questions with my new phone. Fast and easy. No pushing add ons or anything! Great service!

It was very disturbing that they had me leave my new phone with them and had me give them my phone password and apple password. They had complete access to all my finances while I was not there. Also, they activated a new iPhone for me and didn’t transfer very important data even though it was available. They erased my old iPhone before checking. I lost all passwords even though they were on the cloud.

Jacob and Gonzalo are totally awesome!!!! They handled transferring my entire family’s lines over from another carrier with complete ease and professionalism. Despite it being a complex process with many phones and lines, they were total pros!! I appreciate the help!!

I’ve been having issues with my internet for months and decided to make the switch to Verizon 5g and was referred to Gonzalo from another customer of his. He was so helpful and it was such an easy process! He helped guide me through the easy set up and made sure he was available for any other questions I had. He even helped me realize how much I could be saving with my cellphone provider so I’m looking forward to making that change with him next!
