From the minute I walked through the front door I knew this would be where I would get all my bathroom and kitchen needs. We were looking for everything to complete our home. We found our flooring, cabinets, countertops, doors, tile and the most beautiful trim pieces. We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were even able to find our faucets and plumbing needs as well. Pricing was great and the attention to the little details is what will bring us back.

It's disheartening when a company fails to stand behind their products and provide adequate customer service. A successful business is based on its products and it's customer service, and Tampa Bay Millworks fails miserably on each of these. A pre-hung door was purchased that failed, falling right out of it's frame, due to popr design and construction, causing personal injury and damage to the home. TB Millworks not only refused to address and correct the problem, but their owner's abrasive response was to pass the blame on to others and attempt to report the homeowner for non-compliance. You can be assured that TB Millworks will not stand behind their products and do anything to deflect the blame and cause additional harm.

They have an amazing selection of windows ,doors ,and trim!! There prices are unbeatable and their customer service is amazing. I highly recommend them wether you are a home owner or a contractor they are the place to go.

The poor service there is driven by ******************* the owner. His staff have a disdain for working people. The owner is a smart *** who reminds me of ********************* the restaurant owner in the Sopranos, but shorter and less *******. In terms of the products they offer, it isnt much. You can get the same thing for much less many other trim shops around town. Just ****** Trim shop Pinellas County and many more will come up. Dont waste your time, shop somewhere else. Trim isnt that hard to find.
