“✨ Crocs is an amazing company I love their innovative spirits I love how they treat their employees. There is never an employee that complains about the company policies or that of working for Crocs that I've ever met in my life. Also this location of Crocs is known for international and domestic travel to the specific location of Clearwater. Anybody who works here it is highly recommended to learn Spanish and French.They have come out with new Crocs that actually surprised me like for example the one with bandanas that's insane and I love it then there is the sparkle slide oh my God I need that. “Apparently I've been wearing the wrong size shoe for the past 6 years. They have this really cool foot machine for your feet to find the right shoes for your feet. The sales people at Peltz were very patient and understanding finding the right fit for me. The nice kid who picked the shoes I ended up buying was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had about everything. I learned so much that I didn't know went into shoe buying.”

Plus I found some really cute clogs on the clearance rack. Today I went to pick up an online order and I was asked a few times if I needed help. I feel valued as a customer and glad this is my local DSW.”

“Tiffany at Clearwater is a rare and helpful agent. Kudos to her for her great customer service (when the actual problem was not even hers). I placed an order online and when it didn't arrive on schedule, I tried to contact the number listed on their website. The calls were not answered. After reaching out to actual stores, I talked to Tiffany at the Clearwater, FL store. She was very professional and friendly. She went out of her way to get all of the information of my order and told me she would call me back the next day. I was amazed when she actually called and told me the order would arrive the next day. When it didn't arrive this time either, I called her again. She again researched the problem and told me the order had a new tracking number and will arrive the next day.”
