I love to do my nails with Nail spa Westfield countryside they do a great job all the time I go to do my nails . I took them a picture and they pleased me by doing my nails look the same as the picture. Thank you guys.

If you're very particular about how you want your nails to look your choice in technician is very limited, but, when you find your person, it's great! My favorite part of the pedicure is the leg massage and that only happens for about 30 seconds (very disappointing). Otherwise, easily accessible location and service. The wax sanitation is questionable so I'd NEVER get anything waxed here.

Johnny did a great pedicure! He is so gentle too! I will be asking for him next time I come in.

Been going to this place since oct/nov and used to be absolutely obsessed. Some of the staff is super talented at shaping and design, the other part of the staff not so much. My last three sets either had the nail polish chip or a nail break within one week. I always get acrylic and gel, and for the price it should definitely last more than just a week. Seems like the quality of their product is going down hill. Pedicures are at least good

I was grossed out when I got my pedicure today. The gentleman cleaned under my nails and instead of putting the debris in the towel like normal, he put the debris right on my big toe and then that washed off in the water I was soaking my feet in. I won’t be back, this is not sanitary. I told the Manager and she acted like it was a normal practice.

I got a full set and have been getting my nails monthly at different places but this time I got an allergic reaction probably because the tools weren’t sanitized and I called to see about getting a refund plus removal all my fingers have blisters and I was told they don’t do refunds. Very upset I am and bothered by this.

Stylist: Kathy was my stylist and she is the only one I let do my nails and pedicures. She always knows what I want and she does a fantastic job! She takes her time and makes sure I’m happy with the results,

So I picked the $60 pedicure bc they said it came with massage and some extra treatment. To my dismay he barely rubbed my feet which was so disappointing ? he rubbed mostly my legs but the feet got no love! Feet r such a sensitive and reflexive part of the body. Please offer a more feet focused massage!! Thank you. Other than that decent pedicure

I be there many times, but in this time it’s so bad ??? I pay 137 $ and it’s not money for this job ! the girl who did my manicure was very nervous ? And she did it poorly, the manicure for my birthday was not a success! I have April 20th (((I’m not very happy! Although I’ve been there many times before and everything was fine! Now my nails are not beautiful! And the manicure was done without water ? and they didn’t tell me to wash my hands after the manicure and manicure! I won’t come there again

Kathy was very professional and did everything exactly the way it needs to be done. I’ve been a nail tech myself can say she was excellent. I would recommend her highly.

Stay away!!! This place is horrible. Received a full set 2 days later, and 4 nails popped off. Went back, and they wanted to charge me to fix it. The worst service and management.

haven’t been to this salon in a couple months and the service was a lot better then; I had no problem waiting for a while till I could be seated for my pedicure, what made my experience worse is not only did my water almost overflow and someone working on another person had to turn it off; mutiple techs walk by me as my water continues to lose its warmth; by the time I had a tech he was completely focused on the conversation around him; just doing my feet as if it’s something to get out of the way, not for me to enjoy. and being someone who was looking forward to this specific salon after studying in school for two months not getting to a salon.
I’m very disappointed. and will not be returning I expected something much more relaxing than what I got.
