Very poor quality of the lenses and they don't fit to your eyes. They don't want to work with you and there's no 30 days trial, no 30 days warranty. If doesn't fit you loose your money. Also they are very expensive when you have insurance. They charge you $1,200 for pair of glasses, with your frame and use insurance to maximum then you have to pay difference...... It's good for single vision only.
I would never work with them again.

Wow, do I love my eyewear! My experience as a whole at My Eye Dr Clearwater was excellent. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. New location around the corner on Gulf to Bay is beautiful and am so pleased with the care I receive from Nicole and Dr. Philips. A very special shout out to Terry. He has been my optician for quite a few years now and I’m always pleased to work with him to find the best style and fit. He is knowledgeable, thorough and just a great help when you need advice picking the right frame. Thanks all for excellent eye care!

Can only give 1 ☆ as it's going on 7 months since my 1st exam 1/30, 1st script was wrong, and now after the 4th try & 3 exams they're still not right. I've been wearing glases for about 76 years and it's never taken longer than 3-4 weeks to get the correct prescription filled.
Never in all my years have I ever had to return more than once and now it's 4 tries and 7 months, I still haven't gotten a wearable pair of glasses, this is getting ridiculous, gotta get a refund, normally you get 3 strikes, I gave ya 4, and you've failed!
My cousin owned a lab here (Largo) and I've assisted him in making lenses so I know exactly what's involved as I helped make my last 2 sets of lenses, but he passed in 2020 and now I'm dependant on others to make my lenses, but, I'm having a time finding competent folks to do the work correctly & quickly. It's really not that difficult, if competent in my experience.

I've been coming here for about 3+ years. Yesterday, I was in with my three children, two of which had appointments yesterday.
It was the best experience I've had thus far and really stood out in a positive way for numerous reasons. Firstly,
Nicole was exceptional. My daughter has special needs and she was so patient, kind, professional, and just overall amazing! I also was very impressed with Doctor Philipps.He was also very kind and wonderful with both of my children and also had a lot of patience and was exceptional with my special needs daughter . The women who placed the order for our glasses was also very helpful and professional and kind and helped us choose our glassed that we were deciding on.
Overall this was an excellent experience, thank you!

Always a great experience at MyEyeDr. Everyone who works there is friendly and courteous, but it's Terry's unfailing patience that sets the customer service bar so high. I always struggle to find frames, so when a style I love is discontinued and I'm forced to select something new, it's a very frustrating process. There aren't a lot of youth sized frames suitable for middle aged women! But Terry always assures me to take my time, even if the workday has ended. Today, I had a 4pm appt. After I met with the optometrist, I spent more than an hour trying on glasses. When 5pm came and went, I offered to return another day. But Terry insisted it was no trouble. When I finally left around 6pm, Terry had managed to make the most of my insurance dollars combined with an in-store promotion that enabled me to keep my beloved everyday frames but update the lens, plus find me a pair of prescription sunglass frames I'm super excited to pick up in two weeks. I couldn't be happier.
