Peter was my salesperson, unbelievable patience. My A11 gave out on top of a couple medical situations I have recently developed and I was in a bad mood! However I left a very happy Metro customer of many years. I spent 8 years with AT&T in Corporate sales Cellular and have an appreciation of the business. Peter is a valuable employee, keep him!

Their stores are generally pretty decent, I wanted to buy a better phone but we could not come to an agreement unfortunately. I am a longtime customer and would very much appreciate some sort of reach out to me from Metro by T-Mobile.

I need to get in touch with the manager/owner. Two weeks ago my boyfriend and I ported in our phone numbers, and we asked for the one plus nord 10 5G, and told the woman it said it was free online. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong, that it was the N100 hat was free and the phones are the same anyway holding 128g of storage. Completely wrong on all accounts. My boyfriends phone randomly gave him a new number a few days later and stopped the port. We went to your store where the young lady (not the one who sold the phone obviously) was extremely helpful, and we left with the impression the number port was going to be done again. We asked since we were lied to about the phones if we could return them since it was within the 14 days and get the phone we originally wanted. We were told that the manager said no that we could return the phones and purchase the phone that we were originally supposed to get for free. We unhappily left with the same phones and now a week later his phone won't even connect to mobile service. Nothing will work. I called the metro PCS store to see if maybe they could help with what's going on and I was told that I should go to the nearest store close to my house. I would like to speak to the manager and see if we can get this straightened out.

I am a customer of metro by T Mobile at countryside for many years. I was not previously happy with some of the previous employees. But, I am so happy with Peter, Leelany, and Raychel. I am very happy with their outstanding service.

I bought a phone because the last phone I bought 3 months ago was defective. This one was supposed to have waived activation fee. The girl didn't waive it So my phone was suspended and I have to pay it. I was driving home when my phone shutoff and no way to turn GPS on I got lost in the middle of the night. Also I was there an hour. I could only replace the broken phone if I drove to another store. I paid 80 bucks for this? Thanks for making it that I had no GPS and got lost for over an hour. If I wasn't getting a waived activation next time inform the customer your phone would be shutoff when you "waive" the activation.
