DO NOT GET YOUR KETAMINE THEROPY HERE!!!This was my first time trying ketamine therapy and my experience there was horrible. First off the staff had zero personality. Met with Dr. Agin prior to my treatment I felt very rushed. Went into the treatment room. Took the nurse almost 15 minutes to put the IV in. Seemed like it was her first time which made me very unrelaxed.Started the treatment and all I could hear was a thumping sound over the music playing through my headphones. Sounded like I was in a club. Turns out it was their music playing. (very distracting.). Then I n the middle of the therapy an alarm started going off on the IV machine. I honestly don’t think there was even any ketamine in there. I did not feel anything during or any different after treatment. Met with Dr. Agin after treatment once he got back from lunch. Told him about my experience. Didn’t seem like he was too concerned. He told me someone would follow up and that never happened. Which is one of the most important parts of this type of therapy. Very disappointed.

Jamie possessed No personality whatsoever seemed annoyed that only has Nurse Practitioner certification when inquired with Receptionist who must have told her! Ego must need a good reality check here hence the cold and flat attitude. I was simply not aware such minimal qualifications were required with more invasive procedures she offers. Additionally I had read in many general reviews the risk of hyperpigmentation with Morpheus in which she completely denied??? It is all over the internet. I asked if she had any befire and after photos and she said she had none! Always best to seek a Boatd Certified practioner! Perhaps she does well with some of what she does yet buyer beware! Scroll down for real patient terrible reviews...I wish I had done so before a wasted long drive.

I’ve ordered compounds 3 times with the totals of about $1500The compounds from other vendors are shipped in powder form , for some reason their pharmacy sends reconstituted that needs to stay refrigerated. Pharmacy is failing to properly package the medicine and I have received 3/3 times product that are non usable due to temperature. Customer service is fairly nice but I am done spending so much money on a product that can’t even be shipped correctly. This is Florida with a trt clinic on every corner. Taking my money else where

Jamie is absolutely amazing and incredible at what she does. She has an “eye” for giving you the perfect look without over doing it on fillers and Botox. I can’t say enough positive and awesome things about her! My girlfriend I sent here loves her too!!Bonus alert! Dr Agin and his nurse Cathy, manage my hormones and thyroid. I’ve struggled to find proper care for my thyroid over the years and Dr. Agin is truly very educated on thyroid complications and how much it can affect your life. Cathy is amazing as well and adds her feminine support as well keeping it real with you as a female struggling with hormone imbalance. They have helped me find a great balance and I can’t thank them enough! They are a top notch facility no doubt!Book with them and you will feel supported and successful in your healthy lifestyle journey as well.

Excellent Service, Products and the facility is spotless. Jamie is very professional, gentle and makes you feel comfortable and listens to my concerns. She offers options, but doesn't try to sell you anything. No high pressure sales. I've had Botox at other facilities and can assure you that she is the best! The fact that the facility is immaculate, is a plus. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I have been a patient at Priority You for almost 3 years now, and the office is immaculate, and the doctors and staff genuinely care about their patients. I experienced frequent anxiety and had constant panic attacks for about 6 years over seemingly minor things, and after speaking to a psychologist, and doing my own personal research on different anxiety medicine and realizing those wouldn’t be viable options for me; I was recommended to Priority You by another patient. I met with Dr. Agin for a consultation regarding their ketamine IV therapy, and he assessed my situation and we then proceeded to do a treatment; which led to me periodically doing more as I noticed it had a profound change on my over mental well-being. In addition, Dr. Tripp is also a miracle worker with her aesthetic work, making every appointment precise, virtually painless, and making you leave her chair feeling like a brand new person and ready to conquer the world. I had never thought to get injections until I saw her work, and I highly recommend going to her! I also must give a shout-out to the other lovely ladies that work the front desk, and also to my favorite nurse Jenny— they’re all the most amazing people.

The Dr, NP, and ladies in the front office are just absolutely incredible! I meet with Dr Agin yearly. He takes the time to really get to know me and understand my lifestyle and has helped me take my health and blood work from great to optimal. At my visits we discuss nutrition, sleep, exercise routines, energy levels, moods, my relationship, etc… Wellness is about more than avoiding illness. As if this weren’t already great enough, the ultimate treasure in this office is the NP Kathy. She is everything you’ve ever wanted in a healer! She asks great questions and then really listens deeply, offering the best guidance when it comes to hormone optimization and getting levels just right. She is worth more than her weight in gold! They offer many different delivery methods of bhrt and customize each person’s treatment to their body and goals. Kathy seems to know just exactly what is needed to achieve that sweet balance we’re all seeking to be able to transition in to our wise woman years with as much ease and grace as possible. She is the very best and I feel that I can trust her judgement completely. The ladies who run the front office are the kindest and most thoughtful souls. I love that they reach out to me before my refills are due and are available by phone and text when I have questions. This practice has earned my loyalty and trust. I feel blessed to receive guidance and caring from them.

This place is amazing. Jamie is fantastic!Front desk staff was SO friendly and welcoming on my first visit.Jamie is so patient and professional yet uber efficient.I feel as though I have had my fair share of aesthetic treatments... JAMIE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!! ❤️

Was treated for depression. Worked very well, got me out of my thought process that was triggering symptoms from things in the past. Felt like broken links were being melded together.

I'm real disappointed with the Botox I had bought 20units on Groupon bad idea they only receive 50percent of the sales so maybe that's why I got cheated on the Botox so I bought 20additional units full price and saw no results at all Jamie was nice and friendly but her Botox has to be super diluted cause I've always seen results first time ever I've seen none .Why would I go back for more additional units if the first time I got no result? Take pride In your services and give people quality results and stop diluting the product to the point it doesn't work! I was really hoping this would be my new favorite place to spend with..very disappointed!
