Brought the car in for 8k service and a small repair. The 8k mile service was performed in an hour, which is fine, but I didn't check before leaving the dealership, and they forgot do the repair, which was to fix a dangling piece of seal between the trunk lid and the rear spoiler. Now I have to schedule another appointment to have that taken care of.

I went in for routine maintenance and they fixed the anti-theft installation and did it all in a short time.

Beware of the deceptive diagnosis service:
Luckily I declined thousands $$$ cost of engine gaskets repair for my 80k miles only kia minivan. I paid the $100 fee and took my car home to only find it was not touched and a $4500 speculative repair was suggested. The warranty was not honored saying it’s only for 1st owner! Anyway I’m happy I didn’t let them mess up with the engine because when I checked the car myself, having no mechanical experience, I saw the oil is leaking from the drain plug so I tightened it in and boom matter of seconds problem solved. It’s been a week not an oil drop. This time I wasn’t CONNED!

Overall a good experience. They are a little too hectic, maybe schedule a few less appointments daily. I was told an hour and 15 minutes, after 2 hours they hadn't even looked at my car. I did come back the next day and drop it off. Chris in service was very professional and personable.

One of the best car purchase experiences I’ve ever had. Ryan was incredibly efficient at supporting all communications via text/email and we came to a deal very quickly with no silly sales tactics. I had a number, Ryan had a number and we made a deal quickly.
Robert was incredible, getting me through the paperwork as quickly as possible and just an overall fantastic personality. Like sitting at a friend’s house having some great conversation. German got me through the contracts in no time and I’m incredibly happy with my car.
I negotiated with 7 different dealerships in the Tampa Bay Area over 3 days across Subaru, Volkswagen and Kia and the hours spent there led to massively inflated quotes and excuses as to why online offers can’t apply to their dealership or the models they have. Lokey Kia is no-nonsense and really wants to make a deal.
