Great Agency!
Mellissa Parish is phenomenal!
My homeowners insurance company tried to drop my coverage.
They said I didn't have enough granules on my roof(it was an aluminum roof on a sunroom addition)
She contested the findings and even had to escalate the issue.
She went to war for me and set them straight!
Now everything is back to normal.
I feel very fortunate to have her fighting for me!
The right people can make a difference!

My uncle and I have had insurance with Katherine Jones for years. Service has always been great! Recently I had to cancel a policy that required a lot of work since Citizens has so many hoops they make you jump through. Melissa Parish was the person that helped me jump through all the hoops. She spent weeks trying to resolve the issue for me. And then when Citizens messed up the cancellation on their end, Melissa spent several more days trying to fix it for me. She went ABOVE and BEYOND what I could hope for. Thanks again Melissa!!

Kim Fornshell @ Katherine Jones State Farm was more than informative, she was incredibly helpful and went over and above what I am used to. There is customer service, and then there is Kim Fornshell customer service!

I have been with Katherine Jones Office at State Farm enduring Vehicle Insurance and Life insurance since 2021. I wanted to recognize an agent, Emily, at Katherine Jones's Office that I have been working with multiple times recently. In the last year, I had experienced identity theft through my personal workplace and Emily has guided me on with payments, etc.. always providing me with abundance of knowledge and ensuring me that things are on schedule and on time. I am in the market to buy a house and know exactly who to call when I find one for home insurance. I would recommend Katherine Jones State Farm to family and friends. I want to say a huge “thank you” to Alexandra & Emily on Katherine Jones State Farm Clearwater team for their ongoing support, emailing me, trying to help me with moving out of state & transferring policy & documents etc.
These ladies emailed, texted, tried to call me over and over.
I am boon-docking in the stix and have intermittent cell service which just added to the complexity of the situation. What a team!

Tyler Reardon is the BEST insurance agent you can get. He has excellent customer service skills and provided us with very good advice. He also made sure we obtained the proper documents for possible discounts. He was very thorough and listened to our needs. I've been with Katherine Jones/State Farm agency for over 10 years. They have always taken great care of me-everyone that assisted me has been positive and helpful. They also have the best pricing!
In these recent months Kristi Harris has been my point of contact - she is so friendly and knowledgeable- and answers my questions with supportive information. I trust her guidance and enjoy our communications ?
