So unprofessional, the real customer service kicked in when Arturo R. definitely tried to take my money after they worked on my car and made it worst, and wanted me to pay the labor for the screw up. My car sounded like the bottom was about to drop out after they competed $800 dollars of repairs in 20 minutes. I guess Arturo feels that other people took advantage of me with my car and he was going to do the same too. Plus my car was dented in the back when I left it with them. Thank God this is America because I know that my credit card company was Not going to pay K Tire, Inc if I had to file a claim against them.. They really need to just stick with selling tires.

I needed to have a tire mounted on my car and the old one taken off This was on a Saturday morning and this guy when I called him said bring it right down I can do it for you, There were two employees the one guy that I spoke to and then the other guy that did the tire, Not only were they polite and professional They had my car done in no time They replaced the tire they balanced it they made sure the rim was clean of all debris before they put the new tire on that I brought them and then they balanced the tire and dispose of the old tire for a charge for $25! You can't beat that If you need any tire work done go see these guys they were absolutely excellent! And don't forget to tip the guy that puts your tire on it is a common courtesy for their low prices courtesy and excellent work..I highly recommend them! Thank you so much for the prompt and excellent service!

Went with my 75 year old dad to get him a used tire we only had 40 dollars a small spanish man approach us with a very bad attitude he said he doesn't have the correct tire we need but he has one bigger for 45 i told him we have 40 he said no go somewhere else and get it cheaper we dont do deals i then said ok lets do it he said i rather not sell it to you wow.bad business dont go here bad service.

This place is the worst, I recommend that you don't go there, they say one price and when you go to pay they give you another one, the owner is bitter.

Arturo is a great guy!! He knows how to fix a car!! He won’t rip you off - tells you up front how much it will cost. And you won’t be without your car for weeks on end either! He is bilingual too, a plus! I have been going to him for like 3-4 years for oil changes to getting my a/c checked to having him help put seat covers on- yeah he’s that cool of a car mechanic!!

Went there to check a leak; they didn't find any leak. A couple of days later I found my washer fluid hose was cut. It is found under the hood, therefore no one else could have done it. It was a clean cut, not a break. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I was in desperate need of new tires, and with my car already on the outs, I didn’t want to buy brand new. They had quality used tires for a great price. And they got it done the same day that I called in a half hour. Will definitely check here again anytime myself or family needs new or used tires.

I tried to go to RNR next door to get my own new tires mounted to some wheels, they spent all day with them and I decided to take them to these guys. They were fast and nice people!
