Staff are great and friendly. However the membership is NOT worth it. You can buy the same shoes/electronics on amazon for the same price as their membership or cheaper …. AND on amazon you can return it if you don’t like it. The company policy makes it so you cant return for your money back and only get store credit or 4. Especially on electronics. DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM THIER STORE.

Terrible Service and very unprofessional. I walked into the store around 7:50 pm being that I just got off work, asked Tyler the salesman, well that’s the name he gave me if I could get a size 8 in women, he instantly told me NO in a rude voice and said they were closed, I told him it was 7:53pm he did not care and was rude the entire time. This place will not get anymore of my business, I have bought shoes here in the past On Clouds to be exact and never had an issue. He did not care about the Sale, he was just ready to go home, very unprofessional, I would NOT recommend this place. Why would you let me walk inside the store and find what I want and then decide to tell me you’re not checking me out ??

Friendliest staff!! Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Came back twice in a week to get more goodies because they were so awesome. I highly recommend :)

Terrible service. Dont buy here. Manager is the worst. Expect no return or refund on anything. They always have an excuse. Stores like this one is why malls are closing and people are purchasing online. I will only get my shoes online thanks to this store less hassle and no excuses. Then they complain on why we run to Amazon. Well with Amazon you don’t have to deal with ignorance or moods. I’m sure this store will close soon. Employees are always just storing around doing nothing. Been there 3 times and they are just on their phones or group talking. I should have taken a picture from outside.

The kid that was working the day I went in, he was playing on his phone, eyes blood shot talking like he was higher then a kite. I asked him about a particular shoe. He said they were fake because he has never seen my shoe before. Very poor salesmenship

Worst experience ever. We stood by the men’s shoes for 15 minutes. No one acknowledged or helped us. I guess they forgot that their shoes are not self-service. We left with no running shoes after over an hour trip to get to the store and back.

I've been on the hunt for comfortable shoes for about a year now, and this is one of the few times I've felt truly listened to! Both women were very nice and considerate and listened to what I needed. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Thank you!

Shout out to Ryan for coming to my work place and yelling at a full staff of women co-workers and I about his coffee not being prepared, when we were busy and moving as fast as we humanly could. It’s never appropriate to yell and scream at someone , especially in your Fit To Run uniform in the middle of a mall, and while complaining about leaving their store location unattended to grab said coffee. Go to a different location or be in risk being serviced by a man with no patience and no respect to others.
