My first and only visit at this place was great at the beginning but horrible afterwards . I had a great first impression with the Dr’s receptionist she was very helpful and polite , Dr.G herself was amazing very knowledgeable and great personality. When I finished my eye exam I was sent over to the other side for my RX … I stood around waiting for about 15-20 minutes and none helped me they didn’t even acknowledge me !! A couple days later I called in regards to getting my RX ,so I could purchase lenses elsewhere since I was not helped that day .I spoke with a man “Eric” whom I think is the manager. Eric was rude and very unprofessional. I will not be going back to this place due to this. .. bummer because the Dr herself is very nice and I was happy with her service but the people on the other side have very poor customer service skills .

Had a great experience. Eye exam at 2 and had my new lenses in my same frames by 430. Olivia was super helpful as were the two girls in the back of the house prepping me for my eye exam. Eric was attentive and remembered my name when I came back to pick up my glasses.

What a great experience we just had at eyeglass world at 30323 19N in Clearwater. Lisa was wonderful. She handled everyone professionally and knowledgeably. She listened to what we wanted and made suggestions without pushing. The prices were incredible. We had exactly the glasses we needed the very next morning. We will be back and highly recommend.

From start to finish it was a great experience the eye Dr had a fantastic personality and with my wife and I getting our eyes checked, our total copay was only $20.

Lisa took excellent care of me today when I went in to pick up a pair of glasses with brown transition lenses that had been ordered for me. She also adjusted the fit for that pair and a pair I bought a week or two ago. She also was able to locate gray transition lenses for a pair of Vera Bradley frames I had and have them inserted, ready in an hour!

I decided to take my prescription to Eyeglass World and was expecting very little in terms of service. I walked in, was greeted and got informed about the fact that my prescription could be filled the same day. As amazed as I was I was told that I could get a second pair for free. When I got my glasses they fit perfectly and I was so happy that I brought my mom and her prescription and got her two pairs as well. I expected to pay a lot more than I did and I definitely will be back to Eyeglass World. Excellent people, extraordinary service. Eyeglass World can't be beat!

Never go to this location for glasses! My first experience was I went for an eye exam and it lasted all of 5 minutes not thorough at all. I went in to get new lenses in my frame and as you can see they were made with a huge gap in the top corner. As a result a month and a half later my lens fell out and cracked on the concrete. Upon speaking with the general manager Eric WHO IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND A CORPORATE DRONE I was told that because there was no warranty there was nothing that they could do. Upon confirming that these were only a month and a half old I get the company line of that there is nothing that they can do it's company policy. They do not stand by behind their products or their work and you will be extremely disappointed to overpay at this location and not receive any kind of service if there are any issues. I would advise to go to visionworks or LensCrafters and maybe pay a couple more bucks but make sure you get quality work and products and customer service. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE!!

Everyone that wears glasses all the time dreads when this happens. My eyeglass frame broke (bifocals which I wear all the time except for computer work) and I was unable to glue them. So, I went to 4 eyeglass stores before I went to Eyeglass World. I received amazing service and help from Jermaine! I actually went away with new frame's and the lens that I had so I could get by. PLUS, the next day I got another pair (new frame's and new lens) completely free!!!! Unbelievable!!! And everyone in that location was very nice, accommodating and helpful!!! A BIG THANKS to you all at Eyeglass World in Clearwater right on Hwy. 19.

Phenomenal experience. Lisa, Jermane, and Dr. Nguyen were very helpful. I love my new glasses. So much less eye strain in the 2 hours of wearing them already. I was one of those kids on Medicaid growing up who never got the right prescription, until going to this company being 19 years old and already in a Doctorate program. Makes it a lot easier to read when you can in twice the speed with glasses you can actually use. Thank you again it means so much. The first time I went to Eyeglass World was in Michigan and second was this location, and I prefer this location.

I took my daughter for a routine check last week. This place is nice and spacious. The eye doctor is very attentive. Jessica and his manager, Eric in particular were exceptional. Other in the team were also very helpful to find a pair of glasses for my youngest daughter. Kudos for all of them.

We have been customers at this location since they opened. Over the years, we had been put off by heavy upgrade/sales tactics. After contemplating other retailers, we decided to give Eyeglass World another chance. So happy we did! We were helped by Erik, who was wonderful! He clearly explained our options but never pushed. He was helpful, informative and efficient! Picked up 2 pair of glasses in a matter of hours! Thank you so much to Erik and his team!!

I have been coming to this location for years now and I love the staff. Everyone is super helpful and friendly! I recently brought my mom in for her first eye appointment in years and Stephanie was the one who did the initial tests before she saw the doctor. Stephanie made my mom feel comfortable and was part of the wonderful experience we had in choosing glasses. Eric, the manager, was also extremely friendly and offered his help in our search. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations on this trip. Also, my mom's glasses were ready way before we expected which was a plus!
