I’ve had a good experience with Diagnostic Clinic. The check in and check out process has been positive for me. Those folks are busy but always give their undivided attention to the person whose turn it is. I didn’t care for my first nurse, a few years ago, as she was judgmental. She didn’t seem to last long though. My doctor, Dr. Beasley, and his team were always pleasant and caring. I never had a problem with lack of communication. I usually used the patient portal and depending on what day it was, received an answer within the next day or two. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is their imaging facilities. I really missed getting my mammogram at Bay Care Facilities, as well as bone density.

Absolute most miserable doctors office I've ever been to. I've been multiple times (regretfully) to this clinic but every time you walk in the doors you can feel the energy shift as every staff member is miserable. From the front desk staff (arguably the least pleasant of the staff to deal with) to the nurses to the uncaring and lazy doctors.Today I was 8 minutes late to an appointment and made to wait 40 minutes in the exam room with out so much as a "hey we're running behind". After being ignored for 40 minutes, I left.Dr. Quintana Oronoz is the most dismissive and lazy doctor I've had the displeasure of seeing. She completely dismisses your concerns and flat out refused to discuss or check out any part of me that was injured in an auto accident. Which I understand ✨️insurance✨️ is to blame for that, but she refused to even discuss symptoms, referrals, next steps, etc.I needed the push to find another doctor so thank you for ignoring me and making the decision for me ?

It is beyond frustrating that no one returns calls or responds to the patient portal! My husband has attempted to reach out for an appointment but gets a zero response! We have been long time patients but are consistently treated as if we don’t exist. It amazes me that this kind of treatment is considered ok. I suppose this doesn’t come as a surprise considering the 2.4 average ratings.

You'll probably never feel great about your experience or even the fact that you are a patient there like you may have once in the practice's past, but they get the job done. Just expect some headaches, irritation and occasional not so great customer experience along the way. They are working to improve this I was told.

Idk why this place gets such a bad rap. I love my doctor and the staff is amazing. Yes there is a wait but there is a wait everywhere (too many people moving here). As long as you show up on time you're fine.

The doctor was nice, front desk staff were kind, but when I made a complaint that someone was very obviously "secretly" vaping in the corner (obviously not allowed indoors) and no one confronted him about it to tell him to take it outside or anything.

My wife went in for some imaging and they seemed great at first. Dr Sharon Ryan seemed very concerned and gave us her number if any issues while she recommended us to Morton Plant Susan Cheek Needle Center. Couldn’t get an appointment for weeks and the abcess got worse quickly so we tried getting on the phone with the Dr Ryan several times but her staff was no help and she was never responsive. By the time we went to the Needle Center they said to go straight to ER for antibiotics and surgery and was upset that our last Dr could have helped expedite the seriousness, they even paged here but never heard back. Could have became septic and was very scary. I know the health issue wasn’t the Dr’s fault but false concern and no follow up really sucked. Definitely don’t recommend.

WINTER HAVEN OFFICE - BEWARE! I informed the doctor that I was there for a wellness visit. I need them to code as a wellness visit so that I can get the credit from my insurance company. Instead, the physician coded the visit as a new patient visit. When I got the bill, I called their billing service, and she was very rude and wouldn't let me know how the visit was coded. I am the patient. Then I called several times to the office and no call back. After two bill they sent my husband to collections. which made no sense. Just because my husband is the primary card holder, I was the one with the visit. Also, I was supposed to have a follow up on one of their providers and I never receive a call. The office staff state a phone call was made, if so, then why I don't I have a voice mail.

Just called and mentioned I would be a new patient and after taking down all my info she said there is no doctor taking new patients and the lady hung up on me. This was the Endocrinologist office Judy BARZEY and Dmitry Grebenev.

This doctor's office does not call you back even though your put on a "high priority" list!! I've had ultrasounds and a cat scan. And no one has called me back with any results. I have not talked to a doctor since then. There is a portal that you can go to see results. I was unable to get into the portal with my password and username. And no one at the office can help me. I called several times to no avail!!! I will be changing health care systems. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this clinic. (The only positive is that the staffare accommodating)

I'm not the one who leaves reviews but I am extremely angry on how rude and unprofessional the customer service is. I called to make an appointment as a new patient with a DR recommended by my insurance, she immediately started being rude because I asked for a female Doctor and then proceeded to huff on the phone and not being helpful, she definitely need to be re-trained on Customer Service Etiquette because this is not the job for her. I decided to go somewhere else beside there, that was a red flag for me.

I have been going to the Diagnostic Clinic for 21 years and the decline in the organization has been heartbreaking. I still continue to see Dr. Christina Rigas, because I think she is a great doctor and I have complete faith in her ability to manage my asthma.A couple of weeks ago, I developed bronchitis from a cold that I had gotten on a trip. Dr. Rigas always sees me in these situations and follows a certain protocol to keep the bronchitis from becoming pneumonia. I sent a message to her office asking what she wanted me to do and was told by her assistant that she was out of the office until November 5th. I messaged her office on the 5th explaining that I did go to Urgent Care and a few days earlier and told her that they prescribed nothing. I said that I still had a lot of chest congestion and was coughing AND that I was leaving on another trip at the end of November. I asked what did she want me to do. I got no message from the DC, so I called on the 8th to speak with her office.I ended up speaking with one of the regular office staff/gatekeepers named Mary. She was one of the rudest customer service people I have ever spoken with. I tried to explain what was happening and she told me, multiple times, that doctors offices are too busy to call back patients for whom they prescribe medicine, so I needed to be on the lookout for a communication from my pharmacy. I told her that: 1) this was a change in protocol that I was not aware of, and 2) since I got no indication from her office that Dr. Rigas prescribed anything for me, I would think that any prescription was for either my husband or my aunt (for whom I also pick up prescriptions at the same pharmacy). The third time Mary tried to chastise me about not knowing the protocol, I cut her off. She then raised her voice to me and told me that I cut her off. I told her that I don't want to hear the same thing over and over and that I wanted to wrap up the conversation. How is this woman working as a customer representative? She should be fired because she has no idea how to effectively communicate with the people who indirectly pay her salary. The Diagnostic Clinic, with all its other problems, doesn't need people like her to make their 2.4 stars out of 5 stars worse.
