I decided to come here and try this place with my daughter. We were separated and when my daughter came to me her nails were not coffin as she asked for they were square and different shapes. My nails were basic black, the shape was terrible again not coffin. When I woke up the next day not even 12hrs later the paint on my nails had peeled completely off on 8 of my nails( the only 2 that didn't were white) I went back in to have them fix them and I was told this often happens with black nail polish. I got them redone and again woke up with black nails that pellet peeled all over the place. Why would you continue to use the same polish if it is known to peel? I have gotten black for the past 10yrs other places and never a problem. I'm so disgusted with this place I will never come back! I'd rather pay a new place to paint them properly and with gel than go back and have the same thing happen for the 3rd time. I'm embarrassed for you that you admitted that your black polish peels of( that should NEVER be the case) don't waste your money here get your nails done by a professional with actual gel polish! Waste of time and money!

I brought my little sister here for nails for her 8th grade dance. First thing I said when I walked in, "I'd like to get her a set of gels." I sat near her the whole time, and when I got to see her nails so far, they put acrylics on her. I thought that they'd at least do a half-decent job if they accidentally gave her acrylics, but no. They're crooked, they sanded her skin, they look red and irritated, and now they're hurting her and pressing on her nail bed because they didn't fit her well. They also didn't do the design she asked for (A gradient from pink to white) , several times. I wish I had spoken up at the time. Now her dance is tomorrow and I'll have to take her to get them fixed at a different salon. My mom even called and they said we lied about asking for gels. It was literally the first thing I said :( Just a horrible experience.

Absolutely horrible my 22 year old daughter took my 14 year old for GEL manicure. They told the person 3 times gel. My 14 year old do not know since it was her very first manicure and they put acrylic nails on her. I called Kenny the manager and he was rude and unapologetic. We will never go there again!! Why would anyone put acrylic nails on a young girl especially when she had lengthy nails!! horrible!!

I love this nail place I've been to 2 different nail tech places and my cuticle area my nails always lift! So I started going to this place and I have no problems at all!! Thank you to Tang for doing my nails! ?

unfortunately my experience here was bad. I usually go to a private nail tech to get my nails done, but because of my busy upcoming schedule it was more convenient for me to get my nails SOAKED off at an earlier time. I still have my appointment date with my nail tech early next week to get a gel manicure.
What frustrates me was that they DRILLED my acrylic nail, then used a tip to lift my fake nail from my natural bail, just to then continue to drill my natural nail after removing the fake nail. I take care of myself and that includes my nails, my nail beds are naturally strong and healthy.. now they’re flimsy and broken. When I acknowledged the nail lady.. she fended for herself stating it would take up ‘too much time’ and ‘it would take too much longer’, not seeming to care about my needs and nail health. I’m disappointed at the staff, most of them were on their phone and communicating in their native language which is not suitable for customer satisfaction. Again, I will not bring my money and time here no longer. Instead of accommodating what I originally came in for; a soak off, they gave me a drill off and broken, dehydrated, flimsy nails. Get your nails done through a third party y’all!!

Paid for a set for my gf and it was the worst IV ever seen. We have a wedding to attend and it looks like her four year old assisted her on her nails lol will never go back and I hope better business bureau looks into them!

I would give a 0 star review if I could. I walked in and the place was a mess. There were 6-7 nail techs sitting in the back on the massage chairs doing absolutely nothing. Drove from Clearwater Beach to get my nails done and it says they are open until 7pm. I arrived at 6:10pm for a pedicure and the salon owner or manager tells me they close at 6:30pm. I said then why does your website say 7pm? He said I let them go at 6:30pm and there’s not enough time. You would think arriving almost an hour before close they would be able to do a simple pedicure. And if you close at 6:30pm then change the time on Google and your website! You should be reported for lying!!!

Awful place to go went there 4 days ago asked for a full set I picked one color and the whole time they were talking about the customers in there language to the point where you could tell what they were talking about manager is super rude they act like they're trying to get you in and out my full set lasted about 20 minutes did not prep my nails at all when I left my nails were still wet because she was trying to get me to check out as soon as possible for the price and experience it is not worth it I know so many different places that make you feel welcome. Place that will say hi how are you here they will complain the whole time for having to do your nails wish I would've went somewhere else .

Terrible experience and service I got a woman and she said she couldn’t do two regular colors on the nails one a top coat the other like a French tip unless I got gel polish she didn’t want to do it because I wouldn’t take the up charges for gel. When you come to a nail salon it is supposed to Be relaxing and this isn’t the place to relax. Afterwards manager confronted me about my review and we just said no we didnt write it and left soon as possible. to me this isn’t very unprofessional and anyone could see we we’re very uncomfortable. I even gave the nail tech a $15 tip we come home my sister nails are sore two cuts one on her thumb And pinky. There are many review about the same issues.

Horrible experience i when to get my nails and toes done for homecomings. First my nails were to clumpy and so many air bubbles were in it I pointed it out to her and she act like it was nothing. And for my toes I asked and told her I want a regular pedicure she does deluxe and processed to charge me for it i called the manager and told him and yet she was mad I didn’t give a tip not with what she did. And the whole store make fun if so many costumers in their language and you can tell they are talking bad. Never going back there and I hope you do have to either.Services: Acrylic nails
