I am very happy with the whole process of getting my backsplash completed. The scheduling was a month out, but they called me within 3 days as they had a cancellation! The employees and contractors were very polite and professional. Trinna and Jay were great to work with. I could not be happier with my outcome.Thank you for everything! I will be using you again!

The final product is very nice. A few hiccups along the way, but the owner George is very dedicated to making sure that his customers are happy with their work. Today this is a real hard quality to find in any company. Whenever you take on a home improvement project, a few things will inevitably come up. Give me an honest, reasonable person to work with and I will sign that contract every day. I am pretty much a perfectionist, and our shower / bathroom looks amazing!

The tile project was a nightmare from the beginning. I did not see a project manager for a week after two men showed up at my door to begin demolition of old tile. In fact I never knew who actually was in charge of the project. The customer is responsible for flagging problems and I had quite a few. A 2 week job turned into 6 weeks. I ended up installing trim around all the walls to cover poor tile cut and grouting. Contrary to what the tile manufacturer rep stated, I know that my medium brown wood grain porcelain tile is not intended to be edged with a white border. The grout level is way too low and Bay Tile would not do anything about it. Don't believe it when you are told that you won't have to pay your last payment until you are completely satisfied. I received two calls a day some days asking for payment. For fear of credit repercussions I paid it. Make a better educated decision than I did on who to trust with your tile project.

We decided going with this company for our bathroom remodel with a cost in the upper end because the owner( Trina) made it sound like they were the right choice. We had problems from the beginning with getting the job done in time and later finishing details . We started having signs of more serious problems ( grout failure) about when the warranty was over and company sends someone to supposedly fix the problem , the employee they sent did a very poor patching job and left after ensuring us all will be ok . At this point we are experiencing shower pan failure due to poor sloping and improper shower drain install , this is going to cost us thousands of dollars to correct and quite an inconvenience to boot . I suggest you look for a qualified professional elsewhere , stay away from this business.

Definitely a cut above the rest. Service was awesome and the sub-contractors that came out were personable and very polite. The work was above the rest and all expectations were met. The kitchen that was installed came out beautifully.

We contracted again with Bay Tile to do some renovations in our kitchen. We used them about 10 years ago for a shower remodel in the main bathroom. Again, we were very pleased with the outcome of the project. It was nice to go to the showroom and see the same professionals still there. Ken was our designer. He designed cabinets exactly how we imagined we wanted them. He was with us every step of the way and kept in contact with updates and further suggestions. Each time we visited the store, we were greeted warmly by Denise who runs the showroom. Trina came out to inspect the progress of the project. She kept her promises on timeframes for completion. Each crew that came to do their part were friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves when they left for the day. The crews did quality work on the drywall and carpentry of the cabinets. Fit and finish are perfect.This company stands by their products, workmanship, and their customers. I would definitely recommend them for your home improvement project, whether it is large or small.Service: Custom kitchen cabinet construction

The installers and managers at Bay Tile Kitchen and Bath were excellent. Each worker was respectful and responsive to my every request. I had floor tile installed throughout my 1836 sq ft condo and on the 300 sq ft balcony. They also installed subway tiles on my backsplash and bar. It is beautiful. They provided outstanding materials that were professionally installed. What’s more, Bay Tile provides a 3 year guarantee should any touch up be needed. Jenni (I think) was great in helping me pick out tile and border. Their installers were very talented and great. Unfortunately, instead of a week, it took a month. But,it is a fine finished product.

I used Bay Tile Kitchen & Bath to remodel a bathroom. I worked with Trina and was very impressed from start to finish with the job. Trina offered invaluable advice on all aspects of the remodel from style choices to finishing touches. From beginning to end, Trina managed the entire project overseeing all the details, including the work schedule and contractors. She kept me informed with an updated work schedule as the project progressed and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.
