Just completed our stay in Orlando and for the third time we used Villa Direct for our accommodations. Five stars all around! The condo was great as was the convenient location. When we had an issue their response was immediate and they made everything right. Top notch customer service and wonderful staff. We will definitely be using Villa Direct on our next visit!

We just finished our 2 week stay in Kissimmee, Florida in a 5 bedroom home by VillaDirect. We certainly enjoyed our stay in Florida, with great family time and beautiful weather! Overall, the house we stayed in was fine, however, it could use some updating. The pillows on all the beds were extremely flat, and we could have used more towels, but we managed. Also, the water in the biggest bathroom sink (the one with the newer faucets) and the bathroom sink by the entrance drained very slowly. The water and the showers, however, were just the right temperature. We were able to get the pool heated in a timely manner, however, we feel that this cost should be part of the rental price!! In addition, just to let you know, there was some residual water behind the clothes washer machine. We gave 4 stars because we enjoyed the house. We just wanted to let you know that it does need some updating and some work done on it. We will go with villa direct in the future, obviously with a different house. Thank you!

We have stayed many times with Villa Direct, house was good, few exceptions. My biggest complaint is having to wait over 4 hours in a line to get back to the house , and I was told this is normal and nothing can be done . That is absolutely ridiculous to sit that long , saying only one gate to let everyone in . Something needs to be done to fix this because that is not normal . I can't pay this kind of money and be scared to leave because of how long it will take to get back . Nice house and property.

We have just returned from a stay at Waterside Villa, Emerald Island Resort. This was our 3rd stay at a Villa Direct villa and our favourite villa so far. We've booked the same villa for next year as well and very pleased to have done so. The villa totally suited our needs and the location is perfect. It isn't overlooked and there are nice open views over water with a backdrop of bushes and trees. We found the villa to be clean and well provided. But we must also extend our thanks to Villa Direct who we are very happy to recommend. On every occasion we have asked, we have found the company to be very responsive to our requests. We visit Orlando quite frequently and when searching for a villa we will always start looking with Villa Direct as our first port of call.

The VillaDirect was really clean and very impressive! However, it was not enough toiletries available such as; paper towels, tissue, etc. It appears that nothing was stocked for guests. It would've been a plus if there was a list of nearby places to eat available for guests. One room had twin beds for children and the lights were not working! I called and left messages but didn't receive help! Lastly, the vacation home was extremely hot! We could only keep the temperature at 70! Based on the warning placed above the thermostat andvthe weather in Orlando was super hot! It really was uncomfortable for the adults but mostly important for the children! I did call but I was told nothing could be done! I even asked if fans could be provided temporarily and was told no! The only thing I enjoyed about the home is that it was 20 minutes away from Disney! I wouldn't recommend staying in the near future.

We have been staying with Villa Direct for 10 years now and I cannot imagine finding the friendly staff and quality service they provide during our vacation, with any other company. If any issues arise, they are there to fix whatever the problem may be. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing staff members we have encountered and will recommend Villa Direct to all our family and friends. Looking forward to another trip in October. I had an amazing experience with this booking process. The house was clean and comfortable upon arrival. If we encountered any problems they were fixed as soon as possible. I will never book from anywhere else!

We stayed at the Endless Summer townhouse in Solterra in January 2023. The photos and the tour really do NOT do this house justice. It's almost brand new and is a fantastic place to stay. The team at VillaDirect were so helpful in getting us booked and giving us directions. When we called, they were either there or would call back within the hour.I'd recommend this place and this company to anyone.

We're staying at one of the villa direct homes in Paradise Palms in Kissimmee. The house is fabulous and exactly what was advertised. The resort is OK (a little quiet at this time of year) and about a 15 minute drive to Disney with the traffic.The house and pool is super-clean and comfortable - and the only problem we had - with the ice-maker - got fixed by them in under 1 hour. I would recommend them to anyone and we will be booking with them for our winter break again later this year! Thanks to Lisa, Michelle, Marcos and the team.

From the booking process, arrival at the home, and the home was as advertised. Staff friendly and helpful, even when we forgot our door code at 1.00 am. We have been staying with VillaDirect for I believe 7 years now, I cannot say one bad thing about our stays. We've never stayed in the same home twice, we like to hop around and switch resorts and try something new. Every home we have stayed in was beautiful! Last year we ended up booking later then usually and couldn't get a reservation with VD that would accommodate us no fault of theirs, it was a nightmare from the start, first they had to switch houses, then the code wouldn't work,then the air-conditioning failed,the pool heater was broke, it was just a mess! I don't know how many times my husband told me to just call Michelle. Even if it ment forfeiting what we paid. We stuck it out and swore we would never go with another company again. Michelle is amazing and always answers any questions and at a timely manner. I'll never forget the first time we rented, my dad had an emergency and ended up in the hospital a few days, she called and checked on him and even emailed me after we were home. You won't be disappointed I promise, if you're questioning wether to book or not... BOOK!! Like my husband said CALL MICHELLE!!
