I called Sasha after reading some of her reviews. I wasn’t sure that selling was the right move for us in this market, but she had done her research and convinced me that it was worth a shot. Within 3 days we had 3 offers and found a great buyer. I’m certain that we couldn’t have done it without her help. We were referred to Sasha thru a realtor in Indiana, where we are from. She reached out to us thru email and set up a call with us. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. She then sent us properties to review and mark if we liked, and had us rank them prior to us traveling to Florida to see the properties. When we arrived in Florida, she she had appointments set and took us to see everything we wanted to see and then some. As we walked thru properties, she educated us on what to look for in a Florida property that would be different than Indiana, where we are from. She guided us in naming and ranking properties so we could keep them straight. Once we decided on the 'The' one, she guided us thru making the offer and the entire process from accepted offer to inspections, potential vendors for us to interview for repairs, insurance etc. The day of the final walk-thru, she went to the property and did video's and Facetime call with us and pointed out some potential issues to be aware of prior to closing. She definitely went over and above what we expected. She works hard for her clients!! I would recommend her to everyone!!
