These guys service all of our vehicles & they have gone the extra mile in not only hearing my concerns about a specific vehicle, but by going the extra mile when performing an inspection, to ensuring that my vehicle is in tip top shape but also giving me options with keeping the costs in mind too, which means that I can make an informed decision & ultimately drive safely in peace. Being a very busy mom & full time caregiver to my quadriplegic son, it’s one less thing I have to worry about. When I have family members come visit us here from out of state, they bring their vehicles here too before they drive back home. I am truly grateful for these guys for the times that they’ve been there for me when I needed them. And they always communicate with me if there are any issues first. Thank you Josh, Jimmy, Justin, Kyle, all of you at Firestone for your hard work & your constant willingness to help & do a great job.

Josh and Justin are Firestone Superstars. They went out of their way to make sure they helped me. Having grown up with my father as a mechanic and owning gas stations, I have yet at age 53 to find a body shop that is as amazing and customer care guided until I came into this Firestone. They did not pressure me as what I needed to get back on the road was expensive and they prioritized what we needed to fix first. They really listen and did their very best to get my car back up and running in as less time as possible, even calling to surprise me that it was ready a day early as they remembered I had my daughter's 5th grade graduation the next day. As a single mom my car is a necessity for me to get my daughter back and forth to school and other activities. Thank you so much for all that you both did and now I am officially a Firestone customer because of the two of them.

Was able to get me in 30 mins before closing on a holiday. Didn't feel rushed. I had my daughter and we appreciated the books and coloring options.

Sold me defective tires wherein 3 of the 4 went pancake flat in 5 months, forcing me into buying a new vehicle and now still have to pay CFNA bank which are the worst, for tires I don't even have because they went flat. They knowingly sold these tires to more than just me. They're crooks, and they know it. Lied right to my face. Never use these clowns again, I'd rather contract a bad rash.

Worst service ever, they talk to you like your stupid and the manager on duty Joshua talks to you like your worthless. Went across the street and my two tire sale that would have been with Firestone, turned into 4 tire deal across the street at tire kingdom, the vibe, their down to earth and so much better and nicer. Instead of spending your money with people who try to up sale when they don't need to up sale you just because they want your money and looking to make more off of you! go check out tire kingdom, you won't regret it! Literally across the street, if the manager Joshua is there don't even waste your time trying to get your services done.

Went there without an appointment today with my work van. Smoke and electric burning smell under the hood. They diagnosed, fixed it and I was back on the road that same day. Thank you

After being recommended this location I have taken my vehicle here twice for different reasons and have been totally happy with the transparency on pricing and quality of work.Timelines, pricing, and what was wrong were always communicated in a timely manner.I only wish they worked on some other things that I'd have liked to get done!
