Poor service inside n Out. Outside window gal spent way to long playing with the phone cord instead of waiting on customers. This pharmacy is not any I would recommend..nothing but issues since I chose them in Jan. Will be changing.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will be switching locations because this location is full pf unprofessional so called pharmacists. These people do not love their profession. After waiting for them to answer the phone, they answer and tell you to hold or hang up the phone on you. They are the worst. Even in person, they’re always upset and disrespectful. I am so happy to be transferring. Be careful and choose wisely.You’d think that with all the bad reviews they continue to receive, they would do something about it. This place is a joke

How can there be a Pharmacist, working at CVS, giving care to all of SW Florida, that argues with me, insisting that my Lamotrigine is the same as TOPAMATE, OR TOPAMAX, whichever she used. I had to keep insisting and then after she made this HUGE MEDICAL ERROR, she must have looked up the medications because she suddenly stopped and agreed. Then this Pharmacist had the nerve to talk over me, when she made a HUGE MED ERROR, puts me on hold as a PUNISHMENT for trying to speak my mind. REMEMBER SW Florida, these are the people we place our lives in? Scary.

Costumer service is bad, they don’t answer the phone and when they do it has to be fast, they don’t do more to help, it is just Yes and No answers. My family’s prescriptions were sent since 4/9 and CVS system confirmed received them at 7:54 am and they kept telling no prescriptions have been received and that is it. Unfortunately mine and my brother’ HMO only works with CVS so we are stuck with this people.

Have had to pick up prescriptions here 4 times now and THREE times I have met some of the rudest people in my life. Absolutely horrible. From the pharmacist on down to the counter people. Never have the med I am prescribed and when you asked if they will get it in it has ALWAYS been an obnoxious tone. Customer service should really be the highlight of their training. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN.

This is the closest pharmacy to my house and I’ve been going here for years but unfortunately I’m going to have to cut ties. The most recent pharmacists are really rude and unprofessional, just like everyone else sais. The past few times I’ve called whatever guy answered sounded super rushed and cut me off mid sentence and acted like he didn’t want be bothered doing his job. I immediately hung up and decided I’m done with this location. Hire people that actually wanna work. Unbelievable

Closes for lunch??? Stagger the lunches so people can pick up their meds and not sit their for 30 minutes waiting for you all to reopen.

The service at CVS was completely unprofessional. They seemed like robots repeating the same thing and didn't want to listen or help. There was no empathy with the patient, and professionalism was nonexistent. We decided to transfer all our prescriptions to Walgreens.
