I was looking for a touch-free car wash to avoid etching my car's dark, clear-coated finish with swirl marks while avoiding harsh chemicals. Although Beachside's automatic car wash bay has rubber brushes, the basic setting (for $8) offered a touchless wash with apparently the same detergent as the higher-priced options that use the brushes. While it wouldn't satisfy someone looking for a more aggressive, high-pressure touch-free wash, on my car with hybrid ceramic coating it was just what I was looking for-- removed the bigger dirt and bugs, leaving behind only some smudges that were easily tackled at home with touch-up spray. If you're looking for gentle automatic wash for maintenance washes, Beachside is it.

Half the items do not work on the self wash. And does not seem like soap comes out

I don't know about the automatic car wash but the self-service phase have a sudsing agent that makes it look like you're getting clean but there's probably no soap in it. You can get your car clean or driving it through the rain. Extremely disappointed in the self-serve

Always clean and well operated, well stocked with towels to dry and assorted air fresheners. Highly recommend.

Nice do it yourself car wash with change machines for the vacuums. We do the drive through and it works pretty well, although it is a little pricey. The vacuums work well, but the nozzles could be better (maybe have attachment) for those tight places next to seats and under the pedals.

Best car wash I have ever had!! No joke, got the automated wash, extra for the bug remover, and my car looked like brand new!!! It had been about 9 months since I last washed it!! Worth evert penny!!!!

Awesome car wash! I was looking for an old school coin car wash to wash the Canadian road salt off my car while visiting Florida. This one was perfect! Very affordable, and there is a large cement pad for 2 cars off to the side of you want to take your time to hand dry/ detail your car. I hate automatic car washes and want to be in control of washing my own car. This one fits the bill! Thanks!! ( there is also an automatic drive through car wash if you wish)

I always drive to this car wash when afforded the luxury of the automatic wash. I was quite surprised to see only 4.1 stars. I live in south CB, as I was backing out, the owner approached me, I mumbled that I had left my wallet at home. He graciously approached, slid his card through the machine and said "pick any wash you'd like" - in the years using this wash my vehicle always comes out as if it were hand washed. Shout out to the amazing husband/wife team and their genuine care ❤️

Very nice and clean neighborhood car wash. You can choose between drive-through self-service or do-it-yourself options. Vacuuming machines are available.
Open 24 hours for your convenience, with very reasonable prices.
I recommend this place for a clean and shiny car.
