I tried to donate a few things today, the intake woman was extremely rude. She told me that I couldn't donate books, because books are garbage. (But another person took them from me) And she took off the cover off the tennis racquet and threw it away in front of me saying "this is dirty, you can't donate garbage " I said "well it's a really nice cover, can't you wipe if off, or sell it for .50. " to which she replied " I don't have time to wipe stuff and we don't have .50 cent prices. We have an image to uphold."I'll be donating somewhere else from now on. Completly rude and kinda defeats the purpose of a thrift store. Have a nice day with all that..!!

Unfortunately they don’t allow the children or toddlers to use the restroom. I understand why the adults. People are inconsiderate but with a child or toddler there should be exceptions. There is no store close so you have drive elsewhere and after that who wants to go back?

They came and picked up my furniture donation. It supports a great cause. The store where I shop frequently is neat and well organized. Service is cordial. Prices ? yes have been increased so at all other stores in the country but here at Alpha compared to other second hand stores are still the lower in town. Well done Alpha !

I have shopped in the Alpha Thrift Store for more than 10 years, the last Manager was Cherry, and she did a fantastic job, she loved her customers, and they loved her.Now, the store became three times more expensive with the "new management", and merchandise is not moving, the store is full, but hardly anything is selling, and to add salt to injury the bathroom which clean at all times I was shopping there, now, it is blocked by book cases! This is really outrageous, this store belongs to our community, and the vast majority of us are very unhappy with the changes that took place at the store.I will not go back there!

THE PRICES ARE GOING UP, and it’s not keeping low as before consistency is the key for the place like this! Don’t go up in price, then it will be like a goodwill place!

I always go to goodwill finally i decided to try some smaller thrift stores so i went here and this is now my favorite thrift store. They have really nice stuff for amazing prices. For example at goodwill one shirt is 4.50$ here its only a dollar!! And baby clothes were 5 for a dollar. Employees were very nice and actually had a much larger selection than i imagined. Definitely coming back here, and donating my stuff here instead.
