Honestly not sure why this specific location has such low ratings. My family has been with Verizon for a 10+ years, and this was my first time going into this store specifically. We were greeted immediately at the front door, and checked in. We were greeted by Josh, who was extremely knowledgeable and the best help I've had hands down. He worked every corner for me and my girlfriend, to get me setup with a brand new phone for free, and turned tables with the store manager to get us a free iPad with the new and upcoming deals. Josh and Danielle were of great service.

Went in yesterday after some issues switching over from a different cell carrier online. Location is clean, modern and very well arranged, similar to the typical Apple store in a mall. Mark was tremendously helpful, even going so far as to stay late to get things ironed out and to ensure that I walked out with a fantastic trade in and operational line! Absolutely will be returning for any further needs. Verizon gained a loyal customer thanks to the 11/10 customer service at this location! Thanks again, Mark!

I have been a Verizon business owner for many years and always has good service at any Verizon corporate location. The people that work here are not knowledgeable at all with there own promotions! They are always to busy to help you and if you do not sign up with a new plan they do not want to help you. I have been back over four times for the same issue and are always told "they " took care of it. They lie to you and do not do there jobs. Shame on Verizon to allow this store to still be operated under this manager!

BEWARE: I was lied to by the salesman in order to sign up for new phones, watches & service. After the 1st bill I came back to the Brooksville store and spoke with the salesman & also the manager. Again I was told a lie by the manager and after the 2nd bill I went in again and now am waiting on the District Manager to call me. They lied about the cost of the plan, watch and trade in values. ZERO stars

I wish I had read reviews prior to switching to Verizon. The Brooksville employee and manager lied to me several times in order to get my business and after 3 visits I've contacted the District Manager. Don't trust anything they tell you

Avoid this place. I sent an employee whose phone number was deleted from the account somehow. They were rude and wouldn't listen. I provided her with the 4 digit account pin so they could help her, they claimed they couldn't use it and they had all they needed. They claimed they needed to talk to an account manager, which is complete BS. She sat there for 2 hours because that person was either not at work or WFH. I know what business can do. These people are untrained, wrong and all they could say is "I dunno that phone number was deleted". No. At that point do your job. You call someone in business class verizon and you fix the issue. Just because someone isn't there to buy a damned phone doesn't give you the right to treat them like they are too much of a pain to assist. You guys can stuff it.

I bought my dad an iPhone for Christmas at the Apple store in Tampa. The Apple salesperson suggested I go to a Verizon store if the activation process didn't work out of the box. It didn't, so we went to this store, the closest corporate-owned Verizon wireless store to his house. We stopped by one morning and worked with Mark, who did a fantastic job activating the phone. I asked about phone plans for myself, and he spent time describing plans to me. I ultimately decided to wait on switching providers right now, but overall my experience at this store was phenomenal.

Would give 0 stars if I could. We switched to Verizon from atandt and it only took 2 months of receiving bills over 500$! Each and over 4 days and 12 hours in person in the Verizon store to get a made up answer about the confusion and Bill. Will be switching back to atandt immediately. Do not come to Verizon and def don't come to this store. Stay away from syed...seems helpful at first but all made up.

I have had Verizon for 2-3 years now and the past 10 months has been the absolute worst phone and customer service i have ever had with any provider, my phone service practically overnight went from wprking okay to 1 bar wherever i go at any given time, constant dropped calls not receiving nor sending text messages conversations fading in and out etc.. i have contacted Verizon about this issue the corporate number so many times i lost count, the idiots actually verified my phone service has a provision issue whatever that means, so they sent me a new phone well what they claimed to be the dam thing came in the mail in a envelope ???? No packaging nothing just like that... i never heard of such a thing, well i go to a verizon near me this address here 4106 Mariner Blvd spring hill FL, 34609 and spoke with Jason ( a real joker) to have the service transfered to this other "new" phone corporate sent me. Well he changes it out but the entire time hes trying to sell me the 12 saying the 11 is obselete everything is 5G now this phone will never work anymore they changed all the towers and was trying to shove this new phone down my throat... i dont want the 12 who is going to pay for that why doesnt it come out of your paycheck then you buy me one, theres nothing wrong with my 11 i want mine working. So i walk out door couple hours later bam same issue 1 bar garbage service. So now i go to a corporate store located at 13346 cortez blvd Brooksville FL, 34613 and spoke with supposedly a manager after wasting my time waiting an hour and half for the idiot manager to throw his hands up and say well cant help you call corporate keep "bothering them till they fix it right way" literally thats what happened and said have nice day walked away. You people downright suck i want my phone to work this is your problem you fix it, you have no problem sending me a overpriced as heck bill though.

These people are a ripoff !!! They went on their computer and changed the amount with Verizon and they added to the cost of the phone by added accessories which I never bought. I called Verizon they said to contact the store which I did. They said I did make the purchase of all the "crap" according to their records. I bought all the accessories on Amazon same day I bought their phone. The manager said they are standing by the employee that sold it therefore Verizon said I have to pay the bill. Beware of these people they will rip you off !!!

Went into the store to upgrade to the new IPhone 11 phones. I knew what I wanted before I got to the store so I didn't think it would take that long. Well my wife and I stood around for about 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. There was one person on the floor helping another customer. I walked over to the counter and I could see 4 employees in the back room laughing and joking around. I called out and finally got the attention of one of them. He asked me what could he help me with and I asked him how does one go about getting some service. He said that someone on the floor would be right with me. I explained to him that there was no one out there to help us. He then looked out on the floor and went back in the back room where everyone else was. We waited another 5 or 10 minutes and no one came out. As we started to leave a guy and a young lady came out the back with a tablet each asking if we needed some help. I politely told them that it was too late and we left. This isn't the first time that this had happened. We ended up going down to the Apple store to buy our new phones. Something really needs to be done to improve customer service at this location.

You wait and wait for someone to acknowledge you, let alone actually helping you. We've had to walk out a couple of times. The few times we actually got someone to help us it was great; they were very helpful. They seriously need to get a better system of helping customers.
