Love this gym - the coaches all encourage me when I need it! Everyone makes you feel comfortable - and no matter how much you struggle you get encouragement from everyone there! So much more than a gym - it’s a family!

Even thought I'm from Arizona, every time I visit Florida, this box feels like a second home to me. Everyone is welcoming, helpful and encouraging! If I were a local, this is where I'd pick to go!

Crossfit Brooksville is the best crossfit gym I have been to. The owners and coaches all are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very motivating. They ensure that every member feels welcomed and that every member has been adequately coached to perform the various movements in Crossfit. The facility has equipment for any kind of fitness exercise you want to do. The bathrooms are nice and have showers. There is a kids room that is staffed for certain classes throughout the day. Overall, it's the best gym I've ever stepped foot in and I can't imagine working out anywhere else.

The owners and coaches are literally the kindest, most generous people I’ve ever met and the gym has some of nicest and newest equipment. Anything you need they have. Don’t think about it, just make the commitment and drop in. You won’t be disappointed!

Started here January 2022 and hit the strongest I ever have! Then I became pregnant and the amazing coaches helped me through the entire thing! Now I am 9 weeks postpartum and slowly getting back to it. I don't know where I would be without Jonnine, Kaity, and Reannin!

In response to 1 star wonder boy…I too have over 8000 hours (probably 16K) in an affiliate as an Athlete, Coach, Mentor, Friend, Therapist, Marriage counselor, etc.. I’ve judged 7 CrossFit Games, 6 CF Regionals, 2 Semis, 5 WZA’s, over 150 total comps…visited over 90 boxes around the globe.These coaches and gym are light years ahead of most in fact, one of the top three I’ve visited.Keep doing your thing ladies there’s a reason you have a gym full of members and growing. I’m happy to call CFB home.

Background for context: I have over 8000 hours in an affiliate as an athlete, coach, and mentor. Qualified for Granite Games twice, Wodapalooza three times, and went to Semi-Finals (MACC) on a team in 2021. This was the worse drop-in experience I have ever had. The Coach didn't coach the class, she monitored it. She ignored me an my partner, because we looked like we crossfitted before. Moreover, the coach body shamed my partner for the way that she looked. "If I looked like her, I would take my shirt off too" Body shaming goes both ways, and as a coach we should be mindful of our words. To make it worse, my partner is an Affiliate owner. This is not the way to treat drops ins. Really it's just not the way to treat people in general. Very disappointing experience. Two positives, the bathrooms were nice and the facility was clean with a LOT of equipment.
