Good experience. There are two self service machines for copies, scanning, faxing, uploading to drop box, etc. Very reasonable. I completed my scanning and copying for under $5.00.

I want there 2 days ago I need copies.I want to get them done and the printer was not working right so I looked no one was around to help and so I had to walk and to find someone in the store so I raise my voice a bit saying hello hello as I was walking and then finally a woman said came upstairs you don't have to yell there ain't that many people here to work today.Which I should not have to do that.And then she decided to help me make some copies and because I was being charged she put a code in to cover them and which I go charge 75.00 2 times.and then every thing came to 13.00 .In copies so why are you guys taking money out of my account for 150.00.I call to day to find out what going on and get told I had to come in and when I explained it to the guy he said ok he was getting his manger and put me on hold.And had me wait a bit until I hung up.I will not be going to this one no more.I am on a limited income and you guys taking 75.00 not one but 2 timeout of my account. And then change me 13.00 for cops. Nope no more.

This is a 2 star review because the delivery process is a complete mess. Local store people were great. Customer Service call center was awful. If it wasn't for the helpful store staff it would be one star lower.

Brent woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, very standoffish, and a horrible attitude very rude, when asked for assistance at a printer station. Forget about asking Vita for help she’s to busy making new friends and is not helpful at all at the printer station.Three people in line is a lot of work for her. When spoke with the manager Angel, he made it same like I the “customer” was the problem. Store has horrible people person skills they gave me small time rudeness vibes NOT KIND, NOT WELCOMING ONES… “BAD BUSINESS”
