For years.
And years now I've been shopping in the Walmart super center and I've always found what I needed and have been pleased with my store. The staff has always been above.
expectations, except for the new cart Girls that go around the store, collecting call in orders. Those are some rude people I Was in the store friday morning and one of the girls ran Over my foot with the cart and had attitude after giving her the business I. Decided I've had enough. This is not the first time you need to teach your employees that the customer has the right away, not your employees I'm in there Spending 5 to $600 every week. Not some Foreigner b**** with an attitude.

I called no one want to help I inform the lady I’m traveling a distance can she verify an item for me basically she said no Walmart needs to do better with helping customers

Came here because it was the only one that had appts for Oil Change available very last minute, but boy how much i regret it!
Appt was for 1pm, got there at 12:30 and from 12:30-1:10pm no one could help me to at least take the keys from me. Everytime i asked the wouldve send me to a different person and that person wouldve send me to another person, the worst organization staff EVER. And all this while some staff were just walking around talking to each other, they would look at you and still not knowledge you to offer help.
They took my car at 1:10pm and they didnt start working on it until 2:15pm.
Sooooo whats the appointment system for then? Im just here wasting my time waiting for them to finish whenever they want with my car.
Wouldn’t recommend at all! Save your time and go to the other Brandon Walmart!

My wife went to this Walmart and when she was paying a clerk harassed her because she had not paid for a box of water and called 3 people to translate for her, when she was the one who was poorly trained and did not know on the receipt where the box said of water. These workers receive terrible training. Harassing a Latina woman just because he doesn't understand her. In the end he had paid for the water and he simply left as if nothing had happened and he didn't apologize, he turned his back and left. My wife came home very upset and she is 3 months pregnant. It is incredible that she has to receive such harassment over a 4 dollar box of water.
