“My first time there about a year and half ago I got a phone case and a screen protector with a life time warranty. Since then I've been back twice to get another screen protector because it was damaged due to it being my fault, and both times I had no issues with them replacing it per warranty. They are honest and stand behind their word.”
“Jill was absolutely wonderful! She immediately set up my wireless account and told me about the discounts I can get to keep my bill low. Very sweet and helpful, absolutely love her! She helped to keep my toddler calm when she started getting upset that she had to be still and close to us instead of running around. “I went to Verizon to address my phone service not working. It was my SIM card. Adrian (I hope that's how you spell it) was my Verizon representative and he was a 1 man army. He provided excellent customer service, fixed my issue, assisted his new hire with training and assisted other customers all without losing focus. He deserves recognition. I hope Verizon corporate acknowledges you.”

A little pricy but not bad pricey and they have a warranty”

“Went in to this store with some issues with My iPad and my service. I spoke with a gentleman named Tristin. He was very help and polite. He helped with resting my service for my phone and helping with the issues I had with my iPad. I would definitely recommend other customers to go to this store than some of the others around town.”
“I had a mishap with my XR at work. Lost it while working n even though the find my iphone was telling me that it was at the location i was? Nada. put it on Lost phone n alas i had to get another one. I wanted a 13mini but all they had was the bigger one. No problem! I had the pleasure of being taken care off by a young lady called Alex. She walked me through the steps, explained the cost differences n i chose accordingly to what i needed. Atm im still dealing with all that fun medical debt so no super nova phone lol im happy with the 13th, it covers my needs n it mirrored everything from the cloud. Alex was kind and patient with me. While the phone was updating n configuring itself with the network. We shared life stories and i started talking about sharks, free diving n that time a blue crab was eating my foot when i was little O_o lol time went by so fast! One of the other staff gentlemen gave me a Christmas gift! It was a T-Mobile cup! So blessed! I would definitely recommend this store. Nobody tackled me when i came in like an apple store? Lol took less than 2 seconds n wam "hello welcome" very lovely n attentive experience. Would definitely come back.”

“I took my son into target to buy some sports cards and there was an unlimited stock of cards. I would definitely recommend this Target. My son was very happy and almost cried of excitement when we pulled a 2 million dollar card of Michael Jordan. Next time my son wants some sports cards, I will come to this Target and this Target only.”
“We had a great experience here. We came in frustrated because we had trouble with visible by verizon, a 3rd party service, when trying to switch carriers on my wife's phone. We came in with low expectations but there were several really nice guys right at the door who greeted us and got to helping us right away. We asked about options other than visible and ended up getting to upgrade my wife's phone and set up a new plan for her within just a few minutes. I had lots of questions but Chris who helped us gave me every option and laid it out for us to choose, no BS. It was a great overall experience and we are happy we came to this location!”
