I used Home Service Heroes in the summer of 2023 to upgrade my electrical panel and to install a generator disconnect for storm season. I used them again in the summer of 2024 to replace my HVAC system when it stopped working. I found them to be prompt and professional, as well as knowledgeable in their trade craft - - which is great when your A/C is out in the summer in Florida. I definitely have no qualms about recommending them, and plan to use them in the future should the need arise.

While I can’t speak specifically to pricing and how competitive they are as I am not an electrician, I can speak to the customer service experience which was excellent. This was Mark Smith’s second time out to our house for electrical work and both times he showed exceptional care and detail to the issues we were having. He gave us multiple options each time with regards to fixes, as well as what he would do in our situation. No strong arm tactics, and clear explanations of what he was doing. He even took the time to answer some of my other simple electrical questions for DIY projects. In short I would definitely recommend and plan to use them again in the future.

Nick, the technician, was incredibly communicative and patient. He installed a new thermostat and went above and beyond, over the phone, to hook it up to my WiFi account so that I could manage its operation from 3,000 miles away. We have the maintenance service and HSH is very responsive with the semi annual check ups.

Lewis was very informative and efficient, as well as one of the most pleasant technicians I’ve ever had. He went quickly to work and identified my problems and fixed them perfectly. This is the first time I’ve used this company, but it won’t be the last.
