This is a very good salon. I've been coming a few years and will try different talent depending on what i'm looking for. I got a GREAT haircut this time from Iris Gonzalez. She is very experienced and its one of the best cuts i've had in a while. The salon has good incentive programs, is very well run and consistent with its high quality.

Divine Design, Salon and Spa has a great ambience, great customer service and I always feel relaxed and I just want to stay there all day long.
I recently have a facial with Nosheen and she is awesome!! Nosheen pays very good attention on what skin cake I need and she gives great advice. My experience with her is always excellent !!
Nosheen always recommend a very good product with Eminence organic skin care.
Any promotions, discount she will lets me know.
I will definitely recommend Nosheen to my family and very close friends.

Hair type: My hair is thin and curly. Margie gave me body and s good cut. Now my hair look full.
Stylist: Margie, my first time meeting her, she very nice person, and also pleasant. She listen to what i needed done to my hair. Im please with my hair cut. I will definltely see her again.

I’ve been a long time guest at this establishment and had a really bad experience when I got a facial. The specialist did not review my chart or ask my skin type and I ended up with a bad reaction for three days. When I asked to talk to someone about this they only said I could come in and have the specialist look at it and give advice on what to put on my face. I was leaving on vacation so it did not work out and so instead of someone speaking to me and having a conversation I get an email from Sam Rashid (please google) and in short telling me the case was closed, I would not get any refund and could not speak to anyone unless I make an appointment with him, whatttt??? I have had many facials at this Salon and the one time that the specialist did not ask/look at my chart and understand my skin type they blame it on the physiology of my skin. No sir! And then he went on to say it’s because of derma-planning I had done. If they were the case why was my neck and chest also broken out? It would have been so nice if the establishment would have taken responsibility for the products used on my face and I could have had a real conversation with someone. I was told I could never have a facial at the salon ever again but could get other services. I can’t make this up. I warn you that if some type of “mistake” happens to you, you will not be treated well. And as far as my refund that is fine. You lost a customer for life.

Lilia did my sons haircut and he absolutely loved it. She was very professional and took great care of him. She handled herself very well even when we had some communication issues that arose. This was his first cut ever and she talked him thru it. Thank you..... this was a wigs for kids hair cut

We used to go there but recently their customer service has declined and they only care about the money.They overcharged us one time for which we had to dispute the charges now in retaliation they told us anyone from our family has to only pay by cash and no other forms of payment acceptable.They did the same even with our grown up daughter who doesn't live with us anymore.Called today for an appointment they advised me you will have to pay cash no other payment will be acceptable I said okay.Then when she was making the appointment she came back demanded money over the phone before even making the appointment with Venmo.I have had it with this money hungry joint and will never go back there again go there at your own risk buyers beware.Save your money! there are a lot of other good Salons available who we will benefit from now on BUT NEVER DIVINE AND DESIGN

I had a great experience at Divine Designs getting pampered for about 4 hours. Everyone was professional and courteous. The massage was one of the best I've had in a long time. The only downsides were the relaxation/waiting area prior to and in between the services and bad polish used on my hand. The waiting area is located in the hallway just off the entrance. It was weird being in a robe trying to relax and people transitioning through. The chairs were all occupied so I had to sit on an uncomfortable bench that did not have a back to it. As for my nails, the polish was not any good. My nails did not last a full day before the tips started showing signs of wearing off. The nail tech added polish remover to the bottle a few times while she polished my nails, which I thought was strange. There was no way to tell if remover had been previously added to the bottle.
I went out of town that weekend and returned the first day salon opened. I was told someone from management would be in contact with me and I'm still waiting. I was also told that I missed the "return window" by one day. I told the receptionist that they were closed the previous day and she stated I should have called. Well now, I thought showing them my nails would have been better than a phone. Lesson learned - I guess.

A beautiful, relaxing place. My esthetician Tunde was excellent and the products were great. I am trying the Eminence Organic Chamomile Calming Moisturizer because it made my face feel so calm. The whole facial was wonderful!

I was gifted the birthday spa day gift package for my birthday. My experience was phenomenal from the beginning to the end. The staff were amazing and very professional. I didn’t realize I was at the spa for about five hours, all the services was so relaxing. This place is a gem and I’m definitely going back when I need a little pampering.
