Excellent in every way! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I am in this store on a weekly basis for various services and they always go above and beyond my expectations. Craig, Roy, and Danny are always delightful to work with, as is every team member who has ever helped me. I purposely use this store even if other stores happen to be more conveniently located to wherever I am going that day because I know they will give me the highest levels of service. Highest recommendation for any service you might require, whether it’s an Amazon return, paper shredding, or packing up complicated items that need to be delivered safely across the globe.

I always come to this UPS for my amazon returns. I don’t have many other shipping needs. They are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I have had great experiences with all the employees but I’ve seen Roy the most often. All I can say is every UPS needs a Roy!!

11523 Palmbrush Trail is my fav UPS, they are always very friendly! I don’t remember all their names but I remember Roy! He is excellent, always happy and joyful, helpful and friendly.

Ray is the best!!! Super efficient and always has a smile on his face. On another occasion we had several documents that had to be notarized and they came with complicated instructions. The notary was very understanding and did a fantastic job completing all the documentation needed.
