I want to start off by thanking the staff, I unfortunately do not remember all those who helped care for Sophie names but a great thank you to everyone! This is my first experience boarding my dog with special needs and I can not be thankful enough for the staff who communicated daily and followed my care instructions entirely! I admire everyone there for their dedication and treating Sophie as a part of the family! Thank you and I will definitely bring her back!

My dogs have boarded here many times and we are always pleased with their stay. We like the "Paw-gress" report that each dog receives regarding their temperament and eating habits during their stay. Reservations can be made online, and an estimate of the stay can also be seen. Boarding can be customized, with extras such as playtimes, grooming, and elite suites with beds and tvs. This week my dogs stayed and for an extra $5 each, they received a waffle and a photo of them eating it for National Waffle Day. This was really sweet, and we enjoyed seeing this while on our vacation. Employees are very nice and welcoming, and seem to enjoy working with animals. We have boarded our dogs at other places, and they did not seem to look forward to their stays at all. They are always happy to return to PetSuites!

We boarded our dog and cat while we took a trip. PetSuites Bradenton took great care of our "kids" and provided us with prompt updates and information whenever I inquired. They are great and obviously love their customers!

I selected one star as you have to have at least one. It is impossible to get through on the phone as I tried for weeks to make an appointment. They want you to text them and then ignore it for days. my dog came home sick a few times. They have very young teenagers working there which is fine however there is no one over 18 supervising. we booked our dog for boarding over Christmas and they closed six hours early and didn't tell us. they were supposed to be open until 8 p.m. and we dropped off our pup at 3:30p.m. to find the facility closed. we knocked and knocked on the door for fifteen minutes and a young girl came to the door and called her manager. the manager yelled at us that it was posted on their door about the early closure! they have all of our contact info and their website said nothing of an early closure. as well at the time of booking nothing was mentioned. what happened to us was terrible. if we are treated like this by management then how do they treat our dog in our absence? we had a cruise booked for Christmas, and to have Petsuites ruin our vacation is UNACCEPTABLE!

I had my 3 year old French bulldog there for the 1st time ever in a kennel. I went to feed her myself and see how she was doing that first evening. She would not after an hr or more I asked to take her back to where they were keeping her and they refused, said I could not go back there it was their policey. I pitched a fit and asked to talk to a manager. there was not one there . the girls there looked to be only in their teens and did not know how to talk to a customer. Finally one said, she would take my dog back then come back up and take me for a tour. I was so upset by this time I was in tears and had my 6 year old granddaughter with me who did not need to see all that drama. My dog was only there for Friday night, saturday night and I picked her up Sunday afternoon. When she was brought out she was panting so hard she was hoarse and her ears were beet red, her nose was completely dried out and cracked. I got her in the car and she drank 1/2 a bowl of water, then I opened the container where her food was cut for each meal and there were still 2 pieces of food I had cut for each meal, soooo they did not feed her 2 of her meals!!!! Pure negligence!!! I was also charged more than I was supposed to be and was told it was due to it being premium season, which I was not told this. When I did call the next day and spoke to Faith a manager, she did refund me a portion of my bill, I told her I was appalled at the fact my pup was not fed 2 meals and there refusal to let me go see where they were keeping her was a red flag to me!!! She also stated that the employee should not have taken me back there it was against there policy----INSANE-- and my dog was not monitored for severe anxiety-(1st time kenneled),, I should have been called. NEXT- four days after getting home I had to take her to an Urgent Care Vet where she was diagnosed with severe kennel cough and pneumonia, $700.00 dollars later with tons of strong antibiotics to come home with. MY dog has been extremely ill and lost 1 and 1/2 lbs, She had been vaccinated for kennel cough with in the last 6 months. NO one will tell me she did not get this there!!!! She certainly did!!! SOOOOO PLEASE PEOPLE THINK TWICE before putting your pup in these incompetent ,untrained peoples care!!!! It has been 1 week on meds and she is still somewhat sick, still not eating normally!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE!!!!! ZERO STARS

I kenneled my 3 year old french bulldog 2 nights . Put down a $25.00 deposit, so when I checked out they just used the card they had on file for the deposit. I realized later after leaving the I was charged a lot more than I should have been, when I called they said the extra was because of premium season and I did not get the one night free for new customers due to this. Well this was only a portion of what happened there! I went up there the night I dropped her off to feed her my self and see how she was doing, She would not eat, so I asked to take her back to where they were keeping her and they told me I was not allowed to go back there it was their policy. I said that was not a good answer and I wanted to see where she was being kept, they cont. to say no and I ask to speak to a manager, no manager there, so I got extremely upset and was in tears when finally one of the girls said she would take my dog back then she would come get me and give me a tour. I had cut up my pups food into four portions, one for each feeding. When I picked her up she was panting so hard she was hoarse , nose dried and cracked. She obviously was not monitored for severe anxiety being the 1st time in a kennel.. Negligent!! Had some yellow drainage in her left eye, In the car she drank 1/2 bowl of water. then I looked in her container her food was in and there were still 2 pieces of her food, so they did not feed her 2 of her meals, pure negligence!! Spoke with Faith a manager and profusely relaid my anger, so she did refund me a portion of my bill, 7 day after returning home she started coughing and spitting up thick mucus. I took her to an urgent care vet at 9:00 pm. She was diagnosed with kennel cough and pneumonia, Bill--$700.00. She was vaccinated with bordetella vaccine with in the last 6 months. Can't say positively that she got it at the kennel but my pup had not been any where around other dogs to get this. Never will I kennel my pup. Public should know! Not 1* 0
