Brought a broken chair there and got an education on gold chains, lengths, repairs, etc. Was in a rush so she couldn't complete the repair. She did cut the length - no charge. She sent me to another jewelry place that did the repair.She is nice and is honest. Highly recommend.

Family owned local trades women that have an amazing selection! If you're looking for a solid piece that will last a lifetime and beyond this is the only place for a long distance. They have jewelry that'll have everyone asking where you got it for the rest of your life. Timeless and perfect.

The owner is wonderful woman and this is a great place to buy jewelry. Fair prices, great selection, kind service. She used to be my mother-in-law and I would never say a bad word about her. Even though she isn't related to me anymore, I can still say she is a kind, honest, Christ-like lady and I recommend highly that you shop with her instead of going to the big chain stores! They have integrity and will never deal unkindly with you no matter what.

Outstanding one of the nicest friendliest businesses I have been too. It was a real pleasure going there. I treated more like a friend than a customer. My wife and the lady who cuts my hair both recommended going there to get my watch band repaired. I am glad I listened to my wife. If you anything that requires a jeweler in Bradenton Florida I would go to Natalie's.

Excellent customer service and innovative. For just fixing a simple necklace clasp, I learned about ways to more easily put on a necklace and more efficiently store it while traveling so it would not tangle - all for $4! Very impressive.
