Although they'll let you bring in your own part, don't do it. Better yet, don't go here at all because they obviously don't care. I supplied a fuel pump to install. I even made sure there wasn't much gas in the tank because the tank has to be lowered. So they installed it quickly but now the gas gauge doesn't work. They don't care. Blamed it on the part I supplied - of course. Now, a decent mechanic, before putting it all back together, would've tested to see if it worked NO MATTER who supplied the part! They suck.

Two days after driving in from RI, the air conditioning in our car failed. Being from out of state, we didn't know who we could trust to treat us fairly. Danny corresponded with us and was willing to take out car in the next day. We brought it in, he gave us an estimate and the next day it was fixed at that very same price. He was courteous, pleasant and very sociable. Couldn't have asked for better service. We would recommend Danny to anyone.

Super rude, nasty people and super disorganized. Do NOT recommend .Called on a Monday and the gentleman I spoke to said bring the car in on Friday. Called on Thursday to confirm, and it was a totally different story. My husband stopped by to speak to them, and they were super rude to him. Dont bother giving them your business.

I put on new brake pads on the front and rear of my vehicle on Sunday. Monday morning on the way to the gym I heard this odd noise coming from one of my wheels that sounded like something clicking on each rotation. I called Anderson Auto once I got into work and explained what I was experiencing, and they said to bring it by, and they will look at it. They kept me updated several times throughout the day and educated me on what was going on as well as advise me off other items they saw that needed some repair. They were not like a dealership that basically gives you a list of things that your car needs immediately and hand you an estimate for thousands. It turns out my rotors were in bad shape and that was the noise. The price given was reasonable and they were able to get the work done that day before I left work. When I arrived to pick my car up Danny came out and explained everything to me and let me know he noticed once of my struts was loose and he tighten it up as well for me. They took initiative and were proactive about repairing my vehicle as well as being reasonably priced. This place is everything I imagine that I want in a locally owned business.
