Up until recently everything has been a decent experience. My homeowners insurance lapsed due to Homebridge not including my insurance payment into my mortgage payment. They openly told me they had misplaced the information and would have it handled. This has yet to be resolved, going on 2 months.

Homebridge literally lived up to their name... It may not seem all that hard, bridge someone to their home; but you've never bought a house then, have you? The financial aspect can be the most painfully intrusive part of the lending and buying process, but Homebridge, Janene and her group made it painless! I was woefully unprepared for what I would need to know and ask for. She guided me with the skillful hand of someone who did it a thousand times, and was clear and concise in what she needed from me and why. I never felt pressured, and was honestly relieved to know she was busy looking over all possibilities in my case. I'm a first-time home buyer, so I literally knew NOTHING about what to expect. Miss Janene was all too helpful in not belittling me, but reassuring me and confirming what I did know. She made the purchase of my first house so painless and comfortable that I literally cannot wait to buy another one!!! I cannot recommend Janene and Homebridge highly enough!

My experience with Homebridge was really mind blowing. We didnt know the company but we had an amazing realtor who we trust and he trusted them. Starting with Janene, all the way to Bill, Jacky, Tina, Oh my GOD! It was unbelievable. BEST INTEREST RATE EVER! Amazing communication, very thorough with EVERYTHING, their availability to answer phones or emails regarding any questions or concerns. It was really amazing. They went above and beyond and we would absolutely use them again AND recommend them.

Bryan Meador was awesome to work with! He was always very responsive and quick to get us our pre-approval on our home so we could put an offer in. He even was able to find a lender's credit due to my husband's job type. From start to finish, he and his team (Jackie and Tina) were so good with communicating every step of the process and I couldn't believe how fast we got our conditional approval and then our clear to close. I've already recommended Brian and Homebridge to someone else and will continue to do so!

Very very helpful team. My husband I and we’re close to being taken advantage of from another Company. Janene and her team stepped in and did everything they could to help us understand how this works and walked us through all the steps to get a much better deal. They were kind, caring and very quick to respond to any of our concerns. Thank you guys!!!

We had a stress-free and positive experience working with Janene McGowan and her team at Homebridge. Every team member was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt with all responses and requests. They were very organized and even our title agent/closing team commented on how great they were to work with! We will definitely recommend them to others and will not hesitate to work with them again for any future lending needs.

These guys are professionals! Documentation process was efficient and able to upload and work docs online. Dealt with the same team all the way through. They were on it ! I felt fully informed all the way through, everything clearly communicated, no "lost" documents, and closing was smooth. What's amazing is that I had a TWO week closing deadline - they made it happen! Thanks to Janene, Jackie, and Brenda.
