Up until recently everything has been a decent experience. My homeowners insurance lapsed due to Homebridge not including my insurance payment into my mortgage payment. They openly told me they had misplaced the information and would have it handled. This has yet to be resolved, going on 2 months.

Complete incompetent morons work here. Extremely poor communication skills. Avoid at all costs.
