In my 40 years of purchasing vehicles for my family (19 cars and 7 new RVs), this new RV Sale was by far the most frustrating. From a salesperson who knew absolutely nothing about RVs to the salesperson telling me things that were conflicted by what the sales manager said, and the sales manager telling me things that conflicted with what the service manager said, to them expecting me to be OK with an RV with a "repaired" cracked front windshield, it was just frustration at every turn. They repeatedly inconvenienced me to suit their convenience, not customer service focused. They relentlessly tried every sales pressure tactic/cliche in the book. It was exhausting. If not for the fact they were the only dealership selling what I wanted, I would have been long gone. If you have not done your research and plan to rely on the dealership to look out for you, if are new to RV purchasing, or if you are an unskilled negotiator, my advice is bring someone with you who has experience, or prepare to get fleeced. I would have rated -0- stars; the two stars are a nod to Duke, the wonderful PDI technician and DJ Bitner who, in the end, saved this deal.

One star is even too much. Short and to the point, Gerzeny's is the worst dealership and service I have ever come across. Terrible customer service, terrible management, not a family run business. They do not care if you are unhappy. I will never NEVER did I mention NEVER EVER, buy another vehicle from them or as they are also known as RV World.The service department is incompetent, they do not repair things properly and getting Warrenty work done is beyond difficult. If I had the time or patience I would write much more and if I could have returned the vehicle and purchased the same one elsewhere I would have. Heed the warning and go somewhere else. Any where else if you purchased a $160k vehicle or boat or anything else you would at the very least expect decent customer service. Not at Gerzeny’s / RV World. Stay far far away.

Purchased our last recreational vehicle from Carlyle at Gerzeny's in Bradenton. Nice young salesmen that new the product very well. Finance Team was great too!

John Lewis was a great saleperson. He was very upfront, informative and friendly. Their sales manager is a straight shooter as well. Over all this was a great experience. They did what they said they would do. I recommend this family-owned business.

Stopped in to schedule an oil change and tire replacement. Spoke with Sandra who was very rude. Told me that because I own a Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis they would not change my oil or replace my tires and that I had to go elsewhere. They have Mercedes products on their lot!I do NOT recommend this RV store for service NOR do I recommend speaking with Sandra. Do yourself a favor and go to RV One or General RV for MUCH better service.

Carlyle was the most professional sales person we’ve ever dealt with. He made the process very easy and smooth. We had a couple of issues with the coach but the service department stepped up and immediately resolved the problems. Andrew,Duke,Larry, and BuBu are names I remember but thank you to all the service techs if I missed someone.Thank you again.David & Shawn

Dropped our Class C off at Bradenton Gerzenys for a pre trip inspection and some roof repair issues. Both Larry and Sandra went above and beyond in taking care of our rig and keeping us informed during the process. The thoroughness that went in to the inspection process was impressive. We’ve been to other places and like all of us have heard some real horror stories from fellow travelers about their dealings with RV service departments and manufacturers. Truly a great experience at Gerzenys, couldn’t be more satisfied.

I literally cannot thank these guys enough… first time buying an RV and they really took care of me.David was my sales person- to say he is patient and kind is an understatement. ASK FOR DAVID!! DJ is the sales manager for the Bradenton store and was nothing less than a total gentleman, and was always there to help me through the buying process.From answering my questions (I had a LOT of questions) to helping me get the absolute best deal possible, they were amazing.The company is local, and family owned, and goes out of their way to get you what you’re looking for.Thank you DJ and David, and everyone else at Gerzeny’s RV for getting me into this incredible RV. ??

Displeased with pay arrangement. I have cash in account to fully pay off RV and finance put me in a bank loan. I would’ve paid off a set amount monthly with personal check at local bank. Now I have to pay daily 9% on loan. Total screw over. Now I can’t get out of this loan because the bank paid off RV to dealer. Nice kick in the face

Excellent customer service from our first step in the door to our drive out! David Noe met my husband before we even went on the lot to find out what we were looking for. After seeing a few models David said " I think I have just what you are looking for"! And low and behold the deal was made that day! David is a very personable and knowledgeable salesman. I highly recommend David.Our orientation with "Duke" was also top notch. He knew our vehicle inside and out and answered all our questions. And he made it Fun! This is definitely the dealership you want to purchase your next RV from!!

Stopped Sunday afternoon, hours online stated you were open, and the sign on the door said Mon.- Sat., it seemed closed to us. However, we did not physically check as the sign and lack of activity deterred us. Contacted them as asked and evidently they were open, it was slow as they were at the Tampa RV Show. The parts dept. was not open. They were quick to respond to my email, as did I. Miscommunication, but all cleared up. They stated they will update their sign, as they are open on Sundays only in the winter months, except for parts dept.
