Emailed the company (at Sales) twice, both got bounced back. This after a lengthy message explaining my 25+ years of quality golf play, irons I got custom fitted, what I'm looking for next, but they're so great up there in Ontario (?) that my Instagram messages, all three got bounced back and when I called Ontario (?) (Who golfs in Ontario? It's laughable), the phone call kept cutting out, without ringing, after calling three times.So I'm obviously disappointed but I find it more comical and I'll be sure to share this clown show with every single person I get paired up with when I tee it up and pipe one down the middle and they ask, where did you get those. I'll start with "I'll tell you where I didn't go and here's why". It'll be my pleasure to do so.I'll just go to the smaller shops around town, they answer emails, perhaps not big on social media but answer the phones too. I've no doubt this company will not last and should not last.

Fitting was great, no problems with that. Ordered clubs that were OEM specs and could have been delivered directly to me from the Manufacturer. Club Champion has them shipped to their headquarters so they can do "Quality Control", which wastes a week, then their "Quality" shipping dept shipped my clubs to a wrong address! Still haven't received my clubs.I will never use Club Champion again.

I was lucky to have Dom as my fitter. I've had a lot of fittings done in my lifetime but none as thoroughly as his. It takes three and a half hours to go through irons,drivers, putters, fairway woods and hybrids.Dom is super patient and thorough. I was so impressed I purchased a whole new set of clubs.Club Champion is so lucky to have an employee like Dom! Thanks for all your help Dom!!

I've heard a lot about Club Champion and wanted to treat myself to some new clubs. Since I've experienced being fitted for clubs in the past I was expecting to be "wowed" and I was.Dominick took great care of me. His knowledge is unparalleled and he is very thorough. If you are looking to upgrade your clubs and get absolutely dialed in, Club Champion is the perfect solution. I worked with Evan for an hour on upgrading and finding the perfect irons for my game. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment and what will fit for your swing. If you are thinking about buying new clubs, I HIGHLY recommend you go see Evan at Club Champion.

As I walked into Club Champion, I was warmly and promptly greeted by Tony Sheimo. After making me comfortable with the facility, we got right to work. He was engaging, knowledgeable and very professional. He read the intake form I filled out so he knew about my golf history and goals. He not only explained the various club fittings but gave me some pointers on correcting a slice that has plagued me for years. We also did some work on my putting and was fitted with a putter that provided me more accuracy. My assessment: Tony is a patient and knowledgeable professional that wants the best for his clients. Tony Sheimo at Bradenton, Fl. made my 3-hour fitting amazing! Never did I think it was possible to add 20 yards carry plus roll out to my driver, 3 wood and rescue. The combinations Tony set up for me during my fitting blew me away! Sam Lab's putter fitting, eliminated doubts about my current putter and allowed me the confidence the setup was correct for me. I was introduced to Club Champion by a better golfer than myself, I went with him to observe his fitting. That piqued my interest. The utilization of TrackMan radar is key, immediate information. They are able to match shafts and club heads for all makers and see the differences. Dominick Hernandez was a great guide through this process. Equipment in this game is expensive. That makes this fitting experience even more crucial. If you are not happy with the club or cubs you have 90 days to come back and make changes. The guy who introduced me to Club Champion has already used this perk without a hitch. Can't recommend this service high enough.

I was extremely upset over the 1-800 customer service or lack of service.Dominic turned this around completely. I was greeted and made to feel like a friend, not a customer. He's a fine example of what every representative should be. knowledgeable, friendly, personable and no bull crap. Straight up. Thank you, Dominic.
