Scott was very knowledgable, he knew exactly what was wrong with my car just by my explanation of the problem. As with everything I have to learn for myself so I went with a different solution. I was wrong and ended up going back to get the part that Scott took upon his own to order for the next day. The part was out of stock at his store. Had he not cared enough, I would have had to search else where. Thankfully he had the knowledge to know I would be calling back.

I was told that they can sell me the battery but no one will install it for me cause they don’t have a second person working. I had to install it my self and when I went in it was another person working. Not very helpful. I’ll take my business away next time.

You can NOT add a pickup person for online orders like you can with any other in the united states. Not sure why autozone is the only store that does that, but I will no longer be shopping at any autozone again. Extremely inconvenient.

Chris, the General Manager, was a life saver. We are traveling 4 hours from home when Check Engine light came on. He quickly diagnosed and had the part in stock. We installed the new part in 10 minutes and on our way. Thank you, Chris!! PS: diagnosis machine is free of charge. 5 stars thank you!!

This specific branch really has problems with terrible employees, their starter tester was conveniently not working last evening, also the same starter was $20 less at the Cortez rd auto zone where the guy tested my starter happily, love auto zone but stay away from the manatee store
