Having customers wait for service for forty minutes at the drive up window or in the store is not the way to keep customers. The attitude of the over worked employees is not pleasant and makes it difficult to keep using this Walgreens location.

Please get rid of the old man in check out. He's slow as a snail, and was slamming my stuff around including carbonated drinks that are now halfway flat.

Had a confirmed appt for a PCR test. Arrive and the INCREDIBLY RUDE pharmacy staff refused to do the test because they had no paper work from their headquarters for it. They treated me like dirt. It was incredible.They tell me to call their 1 800 number. I speak to 7 different people on the phone who can't help. Tell me to try a different Walgreens. Seriously? Went down the street to CVS and they were happy to help with no appt. HORRIBLE PHARMACY STAFF. SO RUDE!!!

Abigail and Carl are the real MVPs. Even being so late and with a printer jam they came theough and helped me with pictures for my cousins funeral tomorrow. It means the world to me. They have great customer service and deserve a raise!

Waited in line for 45 minutes to get a drive through COVID test. There were 3 cars in front of me when I arrived.

Line to checkout was 20 people deep. Only one cashier. Young girl cashier kept calling for manager to help. Took manager 15 minutes to show up. Store is a mess. Pretty sad situation.

I can't even really give one star. If you're thinking of coming to this Walgreens for photos please re-consider. They are rude, DISORGANIZED and honestly incompetent. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the things needed to send out my rolls of Film I wanted to get developed and was told yes. But when I got here they scrambled to find it, then ignored me. The only "saving grace" is the manager tried to do what she could to help me, but initially said she could send the film a different way then realized she couldn't so not actually helpful. But she did call another store for me... I'll try to go there. But just do yourself a favor and please don't come here ever.

Lived in the area a while. I've only been to the actual pharmacy part a couple times but the service I got from the staff there was great especially Brigitte (spell check). She was awesome and assisted me with my prescription offering incredible customer service.

Had a rx called into CVS. They no longer accepted my insurance. Called here at 12:30 on Thursday. Man on the phone said they'd call CVS to transfer, I said great, thanks! Called back at 6 pm and found out they hadn't called yet. All of a sudden I hear the guy I spoke to yelling in the background that he told me he would get to it. Mind you I wasn't even really upset. He aggressively gets on the phone, insists he told me it wouldn't be until the evening (which he didn't). I said no you didn't. Then I said very calmly, "don't worry about it. I'll call another Walgreens". Do you believe this guy has the nerve to call me back and start berating me because he felt I was treating HIM poorly!!!!! Never again! What a j**** Called the Walgreens down the street at Boynton Beach Blvd and they bent over backwards, were on top of it and couldn't have been nicer! This guy needs to go! He's got issues!!!

Unimpressed with the Male Pharmacist today. Needed his help and waited but He seemed to have no sense of urgency so I left. I went the CVS down the street where I was greeted promptly, assisted to item I needed on shelf, AND The pharmacist cleaned off the bottle for me b4 she rang it up! WOW Factor!!!! Needless to say where I'll be doing my business with in the Future. Shame on you Walgreens.

Honestly hate to leave a bad review but drive a little farther for a pharmacy. The ladies that work at this pharmacy are so rude and unhelpful. Won't try to look up my rx insurance information thru my husbands. I drive farther away to deal with nicer people. The last thing you want when you're sick is for people to be rude and unhelpful. This is the closest walgreens to my house but I won't fill medications there anymore. The staff in the rest of the Walgreens is great tho.
