This is by FAR the worst post office in South Florida. They consistently lose my packages and find a way to blame me. Recently went out of town..went to the post office and filled out the form to hold my mail until I return..and you’ll never guess..They DIDNT HOLD MY MAIL! So I’ll be coming home to stolen packages and excuses. Can’t get anyone on the phone of course, either. Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve been patient with them throughout this mess but my patience is gone. I will be filing an official complaint against them.

The absolute worst office for my Postal Service ever computers are down the customer service people don’t know what they’re doing an overnight priority mail overnight for $81 took five days. I got my money back. I got a postal money order for their screw up and I went to go use it to mail a priority mail flat rate box. The computers were down and they wouldn’t take the money order and give me the change, then I asked them if the system would take a credit card or a debit card and they said I was causing a problem and they would call the police on me This is the absolute worst office ever!

Why do they give out a phone number when they never answer? It rings and rings so long that it finally disconnects. Happens any day of the week, any time of day.

Very nice black young lady helped me to get my passport renewal sent off, she was a great help. Went on a Tuesday morning right after the 8:30 opening time and there were very few people there and I got excellent service. Thank the Lord for good public servants. Romans 13:1

I am deeply disappointed by the experience I had today while picking up my package at USPS at 1:30 PM. The employee in charge was extremely unpleasant and rude, which significantly marred my customer experience. Not only did she hand me a package labeled as "very fragile" in a completely battered state, but she also displayed an aggressive attitude when confronted about the situation.I took the time to express my dissatisfaction, pointing out that her behavior was far from professional. However, her response left me speechless. She simply stated that this kind of package condition was normal and that she didn't care much about the situation. This contradicts what one expects from a postal service, where customer respect and careful handling of packages are crucial aspects.As a customer, I anticipate being treated with respect and having my belongings handled with care, especially when dealing with fragile items. I sincerely hope that USPS will take steps to address such behavior and enhance the quality of service provided to its customers. An experience like this should not be the norm, and I trust that actions will be taken to ensure that every interaction with USPS is positive and professional moving forward.

by far the most incompetent people on the planet work here.. my mail lady is useless.. i have lived where i am for 8 years and never had a single issue until this new lady started delivering here.. she is very lazy.. half the time i go to my box i have 5 different apts mail in my box, everybodys but mine.. then she never leaves a key for the lock box and when she does its not for the right lock box.. i had to report her 20 times in the past year and nobody did a damn thing about it.. fast forward to the other day, i see a notice for delivery attempt come up which i thought was weird because i was home and nobody knocked on my door.. thats another thing she does.. the mail boxes are down stairs and shes too damn lazy to take the elevator to the 2nd floor to see if someone is home so she lies and says nobody was home.. i caught her doing that several time, but i see shes still outside so i run down and thats when she tells me i need to pay $20 for my package because postage wasnt correct? I already paid $70 to have this small package delivered from peru, plus i ship stuff for a living and have for over 12 years and when i try to ship something without paying the full shipping they send it back to me the shipper and make me pay it.. well now they want me to pay when someone elses screws up the shipping? why do i as a shipper have to pay when my postage isnt correct, yet when someone ships something to me and the postage is wrong then i have to pay that too? That doesnt make sense.. if the postage wasnt correct it should have been sent back to the shipper.. So i go down the post office two days later and the lady says "oh you requested to have the package sent back" i said your a freaking liar i never requested that, turns out they did have the package, caught the lady in several more lies, asked to report her but they refused to help me then the post master there who is very rude basically threatened to steal my mail because he didnt like the way i was talking to him.. i said go ahead fowl langue isnt illegal but stealing mail is a federal offense and if you want to play that game ill call 911 right now and have you arrested.. he quickly gave me my package but not after threatening to mess with all future shipments and randomly send stuff back to the shipper.. these are the types of low life scumbags they have working there.. all i can say is f around and find other, you mess with my mail you gonna have some major issues on your hands

The lady working at the counter was extremely rude gave me misinformation about shipping my package, which thankfully I was aware was false so I took it to another location where they also told me it was false. What a terrible experience, I would not recommend.
